Not sure how much it helped, but didn’t hurt
We would get a few hours of screaming every afternoon and evening and just couldn’t seem to figure out the trigger. I was willing to try anything for a little bit of sanity. This may have reduced the screaming time by a little but definitely did not eliminate it. We never had an official colic diagnosis from the pediatrician. After a month or two, that time shrank and eventually went away. Our baby definitely did not seem any less comfortable with this on, so maybe it helped a little.
