I bought mine for studio use. Outstanding!
Best brand new 12-string guitar I've ever owned. And I'm not a 12-string novice. Tone outstanding. Action - perfect. Intonation - spot on. Fit and finish - I opted for the black one, which is beautiful, or as someone else said, furniture quality. Is it for beginners? Let's face it,12-strings aren't for beginners. They aren't for the faint of fingers. But this is probably as easy playing as any other 12-string I've ever played. Even hardcore pros use tricks like Nashville tuning (Gilmour, "Wish You Were Here".) However many 12-strings might sound as good but sound this good and be this easy to play? I've never experienced one. Plugged into my Fender Super champ XD or unplugged, I haven't found a way to not make this guitar sound bad. Get yours before Fesley wises up and realizes what they could be selling this for.

I was pleasantly surprised.
For what you get, this is a pleasantly well put together purchase. It's not without it's finishing flaws, mainly around the binding and nut, but it plays well and stays in tune. I like that it has a solid spruce top, not laminated. So, it resonates well. I pulled it out, tuned it up, and played the forbidden 12 string songs a bit. So far no issues. I did notice a few of the tuners slipping here and there, when tuning up, but they're holding tune through multiple songs, so it's not a big issue. With a little elbow polish, this will be a perfect instrument. I'll be putting it on my workbench and doing a full setup and cleanup soon. I'll update here, in the future, if there are any issues that come up later on. The additional stuff - the additional things, like the capo, picks, strap, and cable are what really sold me on this purchase. The capo is well made. The strap is meh, but it works, and the cable is of much higher quality than what you usually get with these kits. I'm not using the strap, as it's not padded, but I'm using the rest of the kit. They even throw in an extra set of strings for you. I'll be putting elixirs on, but the strings aren't bad either. No black fingers. If you are looking for a really well put together first 12 string guitar, and don't want to put a lot of money into it, then this is the one I'd recommend. You get everything you need to get started.

A great value and a good guitar.
After I received this guitar and after I allowed it to reach room temperature, I tuned her up! Though this is not an expensive guitar it plays very well. It seems to have a pretty good build quality. Though the tuners could be better it does hold a tune. The sound is pretty good, but not much base and a lot of sharp. I intend to humidify it and I will update this review if the sound gets deeper. I will also update this review if the build quality fails me. But so far I think it's a great value and a good guitar. Update, I've been playing with a heavier pick and it a good amount of bass. It really does sound good! I'm insulted that the ad says for beginner adults, I've been playing guitar for more than 40 years and this is a good guitar.

Extremely playable usable sounds great in recordings very pleased. Lifetime songwriter and performer I am now a believer in the Fesley brand !! 👍👍👍👍👍I am shopping their electrics now for my next purchase 🙏 very high quality product. I play Kramers, Fenders and Deans ESP they are right up there too.

Unfamiliar brand purchase is always a chance
I compared product reviews and item description before purchase to the Vangoa which is made of plywood more or less, and Fesley is real wood, AAA spruce top, mahogany and sapele as I compared the two 12 string guitars. Based on that plus the Fesley has a built-in tuner and the Vangoa does not, I got the Fesley and am pleased and got pretty much what I expected. The tuners are not so good, tight then loose, hopefully will smooth out with use. Also, some sharp fret ends, easy fix with sand block. On the plus side, holds tune well, came set up with no fret buzz and very low action. The action is the lowest I've ever had on an acoustic and a very welcome surprise on a 12 string and the built-in tuner, so convenient. Also, sounds great, very jingle-jangale, resonate and easy to play. No learning curve required as I never had a 12 string before and it seems no different than a 6 aside from wider neck and, surprisingly not as hard on the fingers as a 6. I chose the beautiful sunburst, and it is very impressive, flawless finish. Comes with nice padded gig bag, metal capo, picks, 9v battery, cleaning cloth, extra pickguard? extra strings and strap. At $143 on Black Friday, would be hard to beat, well-made and a lot of guitar worth much more than the current price tag around $200.

Will not stay in tune
Does not stay in tune, would not recommend. Every time I tune it it goes out of tune. Even tried stretching the strings, nothing works. Nothing but trouble.

Excellent buy
This was an awesome 12 string for the price, it's a beautiful guitar, love the on-board tuner it plays great, good feel to the neck, really pleased ,action is low which is another plus, you don't have to spend a lot of setup time, sound is off the hook, once strings are stretched stays in tune well, but I will change them out to a lighter gage, I would recommend it if you're looking to get into a well built 12 string at good price

Nice guitar for beginner 12-string players
I'm giving this guitar five stars due to the quality and price. Of course you can buy nicer 12-strings for thousands of dollars that run the gamut of woods, body shapes, and decor like inlays and head carvings, etc. But as a beginner guitar or guitar for a casual guitar player, this 12-string is solidly decent. Here, my definition of decent is the quality of the sound. If you examine the craftsmanship of this guitar, it's clearly on the lower end. But the sound quality is on par with many name-brand guitars. It comes with strings, so the quality of sound may improve depending on what kind of strings you put on it. The rich sound of the 12-string is so much richer than a 6-string guitar. But it is more difficult to play because you must press two strings instead of one string for every 'note' you play and every chord you strum. It's definitely a unique skill that only some guitar players have mastered. The electric plugin works fine, and the tuner works perfectly and makes easy work out of tuning. It's slightly more difficult to tune because there are two strings for every string. I appreciate all of the accessories that are included. An amp cord, picks, strings, string winder, strum plate, and even a case. A complete kit for a beginner guitar player!
