Great flavor! They also work well to keep milk supply up or increase milk supply. I have noticed an increase in my supply several hours after eating. They are a little expensive, but worth it. So convenient when I don’t have time to make my own.

These cookies aren't bad. I don't love chocolate but these are not bad these taste better than the lemon flavor by farm they are a little salty than non-breastfeeding cookies. And have a lot of calories for being nutritious. Ideally, I'd love a smaller pack with fewer cookies.

These work Amazing and I highly recommend. They do help with increasing milk supply and they taste pretty good similar to a hard crunchy cookie. But they actually work.

I use these cookies and different teas to maintain my supply, if you really want a boost try the liquid gold supplements, they've been the thing I notice that helps boost my supply the most as far as lactation products go.

Within about three days, I was getting a couple extra ounces each session, especially in the afternoon when my supply usually dips. The little bite-sized cookies are also super convenient. I keep a few in my diaper bag and a couple by my pump station, and it feels like a nice treat in the middle of a long day of nursing or pumping. They’re individually packaged into small servings which makes it easy to not overdo it but still get the benefits. Las súper recomiendo, fue lo único que aumento mi producción de leche. Mi producción aumento al día siguiente de comer el primer paquete de galletas, en cada extracción aumento de 1 a 3 oz. Importante saber que cuando dejas de comerlas regresas a tu producción habitual. El sabor es muy bueno y funcionan perfectamente, las recomendó muchísimo.

Las compré por los reviews y porque a conocidas sí les funcionaron pero a mí, no. Me llegué a comer hasta 2 bolsas al día, me pegué más al extractor y nada. No hubo diferencia alguna. Son muy ricas, solo por eso les puse 2 estrellas.
