Nice chair
I like this chair, definite upgrade from the typical office chair feel IMO. Seems well made, assembly was easy. I would say it reminds me of a relatively firm bucket seat like one would find in a sporty car. Multiple adjustment points, the seat back recline feature is appreciated. I'm 6' 175 lbs and the chair fits me nicely. A plus size person may find the chair too confining. The chair did emit a pretty disgusting plastic like odor for 10 days or so, but the smell dissipated and is not noticeable now. So consider setting the chair up and let it sit for a few days in isolation.

Defective frame, even worse customer support. Do not buy Ewin products.
I purchased this chair on the Ewin website for over $400, and within a few months, the metal frame inside the upholstery broke. This happened through normal minimal use, and no excessive force was applied to the chair, leading me to believe this is a manufacturing defect or just poor design. This chair has advertised that it can support people up to 7 ft tall and up to 550 lbs, and I purchased this chair because I thought it would be extra study an support me for years. I am only 6'2' and 225 lbs and I spent less than 20 hours in this chair of normal use before the metal frame broke. Ewin advertises on their website a 3 year warranty on the chair, and a 10 year warranty on the frame. When I reached out to Ewin customer support, they refused to replace the broken part (all I asked for to replace the seat base) and they even claimed that this chair does not have a warranty. I began reading reviews online and discovered that Ewin has 38 complaints on the Better Business Bureau, many of which reference the exact same issue - a defective frame and Ewin refusing to honor the warranty. Their customer service is non-existent. You can only contact them via email and it take weeks to respond. When they do respond, they are not helpful and they do not honor their warranty or grantees. If you are considering spending $400 on a chair, I would absolutely recommend any company other than Ewin. This is a terrible product, and terrible customer service. Stay away.

Not worth the price!
Chair looks good fully set up. Which is why I rated this 2 stars, but it’s very very uncomfortable. I work from home and am sitting almost 95% of my shift. So having a comfy chair is extremely important! However, the padding is very thin and extremely hard. Due to how thin the padding is, this is not something that will change over time or wear and tare. The seat does not tilt at all without reclining. Which for me is key to making a comfortable chair. By having some movement without having to recline 90 degrees. The seat dropped all the way down is way too high to fit comfortably under my desk as well. The right arm rest was damaged coming out of the wrapped plastic. So they either didn’t see it before they wrapped it or just ignored the damage.I was just expecting something way more comfortable with how it was advertised. Way way over priced!!!I was able to find a much more comfortable chair with Topsky for way less money!!! Legit one of most comfortable chairs I’ve sat it and more positions you can sit in for long hours!!

Love this chair!
This is a great chair. Loving it so far. Only had to removed lumbar support pillow because it was hurting more than helping me and it was taller than expected and didn't fit under my old desk, had to buy a new desk.

Great chair for bigger guys and superior quality!!
**UPDATE**So after using the chair for almost a week I am sending it back. While I still believe it is a great chair it isn't for someone quite my size. After using it all week for work the bolsters on the side of the seat are digging into my thighs and becoming very uncomfortable. I would still recommend this chair to someone of smaller size._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________This chair is amazing! I've tried at least 3 gaming chair brands before receiving this chair yesterday. I tried a GT Racing brand, FICMAX,and I help my buddy assemble his AKRacking chair (which is what prompted me to look for a chair of my own) and sat in another friends DXRacer. I tried going cheap at first as I thought 400+ dollars for an AKRacking or DX Racer was absurd, but was ultimately let down by the cheaper models. The cheap chairs build quality was sub-par, every part of the chairs seemed flimsy and loose, including the arm rests which are a pet peeve of mine. After a couple of hours of working at my desk the foam compressed and it felt like I was sitting on a metal plate....because I was.So I stepped up my budget a little and after reading all of the positive reviews for this chair I pulled the trigger. After opening the box I could tell right away that this was on another level. Packaging, parts separation, and the instructions were leaps and bounds above the cheap brands. There were even gloves in the parts box to use while assembling the chair.Assembling the chair was also much easier than the cheaper brands. The arm rests and seat cushions came pre-installed, parts and hardware were separated nicely and not in a annoying blister packs that are impossible to open like the other brands. The screws were properly aligned, and the back rest screws went through the fabric easily and no widening of the holes needed like the others.Once put together the chair is not only great looking but sturdy and comfortable. The seat cushion is a little on the firmer side at first but after a couple hours with my fat butt on it it seemed to soften up. I do not have the sensation of sitting on metal with this chair after sitting for a while, probably due to the seat design. The seat is suspended much like a car seat by large flexible bands, you're not sitting in a seat pan. Just for reference I am 6ft tall, 280 pounds and very broad shouldered. This chair fits me very nicely. My favorite feature has to be the 4D arm rests. I did not think they would make such a difference but being able to change their position and bring them closer to me really helps when gaming with a controller. I would recommend this chair on that feature alone, I know other brands have this by you have to go way up in price, my friends more expensive AK Racking chair did not have 4D armrests. My only complaint would be the lumbar and head pillows. While this chairs lumbar pillow is less bulbous as others, I have not seen a lumbar pillow that I like, they hurt my back and push me away from the chair, but that I believe is just my unique spinal column. The real issue is the head pillow. It is much too small. Of the other brands I tested the pillows were large enough to allow me to rest my neck straight and even, this one causes my to lean my head back, especially if I use the lumbar pillow. As a stop gap I have rigged up the lumbar pillow to be in the head rest position, but because the lumbar pillow is less bulbous then others it too does not come out far enough to meet my neck/head. Not a huge deal, I'm sure I can find a pillow suitible to fit this great chair.TL:DR VersionPros:Amazing build qualityComfyEasy to Assemble4D ArmrestsMuch higher quality than the cheaper competitors and on par with AKRacing and DXRacerSeat cushion designLooks greatCons:Headrest pillow is much too small.

Needs for more features and improvements.
300$ chair and doesn’t have the option to lock various tilt positions just locking it to a single flat position is amateur (picture 1 & 2). Lumbar support needs some stitching improvement. Other than that it’s an average chair (don’t buy into the hype), and definitely NOT worth the asking price.
