These definitely work very well! My daughter doesn’t like any gummy melatonin or really anything like that, that has flavor. So I got these to try and there is no taste I just mix it with a drink, and it works! I haven’t noticed any side effects, the dosage on the bottle is great and so easy to use. She actually sleep through the night !

It’s pretty strong; so, follow the directions carefully. For me, it takes about an hour to work.

I always struggle with staying asleep so I thought I'd try these melatonin drops. I really like the conveniece and ease of being able to administer exactly the right dose for me and they taste really good!! I find this product to be a good value for the money and it definitely works. I'm able to get at least 6 hours of straight sleep which is way better than when I don't use the drops. I think this option is much healthier than taking benadryl or tylenol pm. Give it a try!

Good product good price

I was really hoping that this liquid melatonin would work faster than capsules to get me to sleep. It just didn't work for me at all. I tried it several times and it is just totally ineffective for me. I gave it three stars because the ingredients are very clean and it has a really pleasant taste.

I started down the Melatonin path a little over 6 years ago. Since starting I've used several brands & dosages but always stuck with pill form. Knowing what I do today coupled with my success with this liquid certainly would've changed things back in 2019. Upon starting the liquid I clearly realized I had been over-dosing with the pill. I was using between 10 & 12mg for years and am still not convinced I've ever felt drowsy from use of Melatonin. First night on this liquid was an eye-opener (more aptly eye-closer)! I realized I had been doing this all wrong! Now, after several weeks use that's even truer than it was starting out. This Melatonin makes me drowsy a little over an hour after taking. And while it doesn't allow me to sleep overnight (yet), it does so far allow me to only get up once overnight, usually to urinate. Sometimes I'll stay up a little longer, sometimes not. What it definitely does do is make me drowsy, sleep better and longer each and every night with a resulting wake up more rested and more refreshed each morning after use. Can't say it'll do same for everyone, or even anyone really but know what I'll be using from here on!
