i have purchased this product more than 4 to 5 times feom Amazon and the last product i received was defective and when i cobtacted customer care to inform this they wasted 20 minutes of my time transferring my calls to different department and the finally saying you can purchase it from elsewhere. its not only about the defective product i received but the agents connected where the worst one i ever saw.

Quality has been degraded
It was fine till months back. I think company made it little bit more stronger now on hairs. Only issue with that is that it won't go from your hairs in one shampoo. Due to more stronger gel, Now it leaves white flakes in your hair and it goes away in days. I liked the old product not this new one.
