How can this be labeled a big and tall chair when the weight limit is 250lbs?

Watch the model number carefully. Questions and reviews are not always where they belong and on Amazon, the Hon chairs in particular are confusing with their “other options” section appearing as part of the description. The 585 is rated at 450 lbs. The 582 is 250 lbs.

What is the difference between hvl532 and hvl582 leather models?

The HVL582 has an adjustable lumbar support where as the HVL532 has an adjustable back assembly. There are also many different dimensional differences. By visiting HON.com you can search both chairs and pull up the specs and functionality of the units.

IS there a "softer" caster available for this chair? Maybe a polyurathaine one? I use it on a painted concrete floor and most casters tear up the floo
