Good fit, comfortable, works for small leakage. Heavy material makes them a little warm to wear but ok.

Great underware with or without a leakage problem!

I love the fit of this product. However, 1) it doesn't come with detailed washing instructions. The instructions say wash in warm water, don't put in the dryer. Can I bleach them? What type of soap should I use? Can I sleep in these? Do I need to change them every 8 hours? Is there a version made for sensitive skin? Is there a version made for men who have "a leakage problen" but also are physically active and sweat heavily? This info should have come with the product. I am not incontinent, but have a problem with "leakage." The product feel damp after wearing for 8 hours. If I am out shopping and cannot change every 8 hours or so, I find that I have a severe case of "male itching" in places a man cannot scratch in public, and there are very few public places a man can go to change underwear. The product information says "mild to moderate," when describing holding capacity, but active men who also sweat heavily might find that the product doesn't work well for them.

After having the opportunity to try them I've decided that they are not worth the money. The major issue being is the absorption pad is too small I found out when I had linkage it missed the pad was always right at the very edge of it at the bottom. They are extremely inconsistent it help the whole underwear are together there not all exactly the same I mean they're not even close I found one pair of fit real good the next pair you couldn't keep them up on your ass. I am extremely disappointed with them and I would not recommend that if you really need help in this area don't buy these ones cuz they're not worth it.

Not meant for full flow discharge, but works perfectly for spurts and leaks. Washes frequently and easily. Just ordered backup package

Disappointed! Seems to be good quality, however they are really small. I typically wear a XXXL. I ordered the XXXXL, thinking they may run it bit small. Well they are to small and they don't have a larger size. I won't be buying these again

Though my husband doesn't like the idea of needing these he is relieved (no pun) to have them when he run errands. They look and feel like regular underwear. I don't think they are for full-on incontinence but they are insurance when you could possibly sprout a leak just trying to find a restroom when out of the house. They will be especially appreciated this Spring when he goes home for a visit and will be going out more often and for longer periods of time. So far he's hasn't had an accident when out but wearing them eliminates a certain amount of stress and that's a good thing.

These are THE best solution for intermittent incontinence and accidents for adult men. My hubby who has advanced Young Onset alzhiemers loves them . Comfortable, wash like a dream and keep his dignity and comfort.
