Nice sentimental gift
The black round plastic that sticks out on the side, you unscrew that piece and it pulls out to put the bracelet on and take off. As pictured and fits nicely. Bought for teenage son and he likes it. He has fairly thick wrists.

the pin fell out and I can’t get a replacement
My boys love the bracelet- especially since we lost their dad last year - however the pin fell out and I can’t get ahold of the company to get replacement- it says that they are reachable- but i haven’t figured out how… frustrating!
