Flashing p on the heating pad. apparently, this indicates it has gone into a protected mode. Solution: Please switch the electric blanket OFF using the controller and remove the power plug from the power socket. Disconnect and reconnect the power connector to the power inlet. Plug the power plug back into the power socket and switch the controller ON. Hope this help you out. If that doesn't work just go to the Amazon site place dailylife heating pad see who the company is either call them or email them sure they well help you out.

How do I troubleshoot the remote it blinks zero when powered on

Seems you have to actually disconnect everything, both disconnect plug from electric socket and disconnect cord from the pad itself. Wait a few minutes and connect all back again. Hope that works for you

When I turn on giving c code and not working . What do I have to do ?

Unplug it from the wall and replug it. Mine does the same thing!

“Stopped Working After One Year — Very Disappointing”

This item only worked for about one year and then stopped functioning without any reason. As soon as the warranty period passed, the light quit working completely. For something that should last much longer, this is very disappointing. I cannot recommend it based on my experience.
