This cookbook is absolutely beautiful! The dedication, the tips and tricks, the suggestions, the photography, and of course the recipes - are all so perfect! It's filled with so many classic Italian recipes, she's walks you through each step! I have Laura's first cookbook (which is also beautiful and amazing), but there is just something so special about this one. She hit it out of the park! I've been watching her on YouTube for over 7 years now and none of her recipes have ever failed me! Please grab this books, your won't regret it and you'll be supporting an amazing woman and her sweet family! It's BEYOND!

I been following Laura on YouTube for about 8 years now and not ONCE has her recipes been a let down. I think this book is way more friendlier than her first one. I absolutely love this book. I literally sticky note about 90% of the book. It has everything from easy and delicious weekday dinners to more time consuming recipes that you would have a blast doing on the weekend. I was so afraid to make bread specially focaccia bread and it came out delicious and beautiful! Trust me get this book. It's lovely, detailed and each recipe has a heart-warming memory behind it and authentic Italian recipes.

I am so proud of having this book in my house. Good quality cover and inside reflects all Laura Vitale. The best.

I really like this recipe book. I have made several recipes and every one of them has been a hit. It’s easy to understand. The ingredients aren’t a mystery and so far everything has been delicious.

Oh my goodness! What am amazing cookbook. After years of loving Italian food I finally decided to order an Italian cookbook. After quite a search I got this one. After it arrived I intended to flip through it but ended up spending a couple of hours going though all of the wonderful recipes. Made the first one that night and my husband said it was so good he would have ordered it in a restaurant. Have made a number of different dishes since and each one seems to be better then the last. All the personal comments just make this book all the more wonderful. There are a few ingredients that I had to get that I don't usually stock but it has certainly been worth it. Made one dish with eggplant and after eyeing it suspiciously, my husband admitted he had never tasted eggplant before (can you imagine!) and he loved it. If you like to cook and eat even more, this cookbook is a must!

If you want a good Italian cook book don’t look any further! This is a great book with easy recipes and Laura is a fantastic cook who will explain it all to you! Fresh from Italy!

Been a follower of Laura Vitale for over a decade now. She's my cultural connection to mainland Italian cuisine with the Italian-American style. Living in Turkiye, I love learning about cuisines and their adaptations. My only complaint about this book could be the shortage of visuals. I'd love more images but the book is mostly recipes - which I'm not upset but a richer visual inclusion would have made it a masterpiece. Still, I love Vitale's way of telling and I love Italian... so, don't take this book for a "YouTuber's book", take it as the product of a successful recipe/story-teller's book.

I did not know anything about Laura Vitale before I came across this book and now I'm in love with her. Her recipes are simple, but tasty and not out of reach of anyone who wants to cook good authentic Italian food. Every single page you open you want to cook. There are no ingredients that are hard to source. Majority of them being from your local supermarket or deli. I do menus from my cookbooks for a week at a time and she is definitely up the top of the list of books to cook from. Photos are enticing and the recipes simple. If you want something to add to your collection, I can thoroughly recommend this book.

There's some great easy to follow recipes with accessible ingredients and common sense instructions. And there are well photographed pictures s of almost every recipe. This is delicious and its keeping my partner and I well fed and happy.
