I cant rate fairly as I used it incorrectly
Don't use for buttercream especially swiss meringue buttercream, it's water based and makes it separate. I didn't even think. Beautiful colour though.

N'est pas liquide, mais pâteux !
Le produit est complètement pâteux, alors que j'ai déjà acheté le bleu, le beige, le noir et le violet qui eux sont liquide comme convenu. Il colore quand même, mais très difficile à doser. Étant donné que c'est une patte et qu'il est difficile de l'extraire !

Dark blue, was greenish before blending, difficult to dissolve
I had a lot of trouble removing the seal under the cap. Thankfully I did it in the sink, and used a pair of pliers to remove part of the seal. Gave up on using my fingers since I knew I'd end up staining by hand and clothes. I did a quick test in some milk, and at first it had a greenish tinge, but after blending the color turned more blue. It did not want to blend into the milk, still had lose bits left at the edges and bottom. I'm going to have to REALLY BEAT my icing to get it to fully incorporate.

Sie gehört zu meinen Lieblingsmarken. Im Vergleich zu anderen Marken, die ich gekauft habe (ich habe mehrere Favoriten), ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis manchmal etwas hoch, aber ich finde, es lohnt sich. Fazit: Ich kann diese Marke uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ich hoffe, sie produzieren weiterhin hochwertige Lebensmittelfarben.
