I had the old fashioned one called the*Salad Master" my mother gave to me to make my life a little easier. It came free with a tv advertised pan set that could be stacked on top of the stove on top of each other to cook a entire meal. It was a gift that kept on giving. This is the modern version of that Salad Master. The pan set name escapes me but it was a very nice set. I missed my gift from my mom.💔 Thank You for giving me back something precious! I am so looking forward to using my nice new unit!🥳the always tastes good coming from this,the speed of the unit is smooth, fast, durable,not too large,easy to change the cups,Strong Plastic Material with stainless steel built in to cut with and a nice tray of different cutters for the variety of veggies or cheese that's very sharp and well made also can be stored with ease and it is easy to use.

I have ordered other competitors slicers, and this slicer is far superior. For beginners the fit and finish was the first thing I noticed right away. No more straining to get it to fit together. One easy move and it clicks together. Making the rest of the operation go smoothly. It has a slightly smaller drum compared to its competitors, but plenty wide enough to eject all the sliced materials out of it with no effort. Cleanup is extremely easy and you have five different blades for selection.

I love how easy this makes shredding cheese. It is also easy to clean I use the cheese shredding attachment the most but have also used the others for slicing potatoes for chips and cucumbers and such. The inly downfall is it doesn’t suction as well as I would like but it still works well.

The web has been trying to sell me one of these for a solid year, but i was skeptical.I was wrong! This thing is amazing. My daughter wanted homemade mac and cheese the other day, which requires shredding 3lb of cheese. Literally, under 5 minutes. It goes together and comes apart in seconds. Turns easily. I wish there was a slightly fatter slicer for making carrot coins but that's my only wish. Otherwise, 10 stars.

I LOVE THIS ITEM, it can be suctioned to the counter for safety, i turend 8 potatoes for fried potatoes into slices faster than I could get annoyed with chopping potatoes, It is a GREAT addition to my kitchen and I will be keeping this item around for a very long time.

I was not impressed. The finest grater was not small enough for parmesan cheese. The suction seemed to hold the item firmly to the counter, but the plastic handle seemed a little too flimsy for long-term family survival. I returned the item.

This shredder is the bomb. I take an entire block of Cabot Cheese Seriously Sharp and shred it completely. No issues, easy to clean. I highly recommend this product, especially if you like cheese.
