I had a few other items from the Zulay line-up, and believe them to be superior to similar items from other sources. This grater does not disappoint. I've wanted one for a long time and have looked at numerous listings, but I've always been hesitant that I'd get something flimsy and a waste of my time and money. Then I saw this from Zulay, I made my move. It looks nicer -- I'm sort of into the visual aspect of things I choose -- and it looked more substantial. I think it probably is substantially more substantial. It has good weight without being heavy. It is easy to assemble and to break down for cleaning. It suctions onto the counter like a champ. I feel like I could grate a huge amount of cheese quickly with no problem. I can zip through a half pound of hard cheese and clean it up the grater in half the time it takes to just set up the attachments on our big stand mixer. While it is mostly plastic, I think it's going to last a long time. So, it's fast, it's convenient, it looks good, works great, is built to last, and I like it. A lot. And it looks pretty good standing beside my KitchenAid Artisan.

Love this. We used it as soon as we got it! It sticks to the counter super well and does not move. I love that it came with a holder for all the different types of blades. Definitely recommend this product! Can’t wait to play around with the other blades! It was super easy to put together and way faster than our hand held grater. It’s worth the money and decent quality.

How can I even start this thing is AMAZING sturdy. Time saving. Easy to assembly TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY compact for counter but amazing quality BUY IT it’ll help you only thing I wish was that it was a little easier to clean but any cheese grater is a pain to clean this one is honestly the easiest to clean outta all the cheese graters I bought in the past! 10/10 recommend

The grater itself is an excellent well made product. It is easy to set up and clean. It works really well I have grated cheese from motzarella to romano...soft to hard and it worked great on all. The instructions that came ith the machine were graphically very nice but non instructive. I couldn't figure out how to use this until I searched out a 3rd party 5 min youTube video that made it obvious. I havecommunicayed this to the manufacturere's and they say they are working on better instructions for the future. This is a really excellent product with bad PR

I’ve purchased three different types of these graters and THIS IS THE ONLY BRAND that doesn’t move after being suctioned to the counter. I don’t have to wet the counter or anything!!! Easy to assemble. Easy to wash. Very sturdy and not cheap feeling. This was the cheapest one I’ve purchased so the value is more than worth it! I’d recommend this brand and grater over any others!! The photos I’ve included are of my friend who turned me on to this cheese grater.

My husband surprised me with this grater bc I have a normal box grater and I am always cutting myself on it. He ordered this and I kinda thought it would be something that would sit on the shelf and I’d never use it. So wrong! I’ve used this grater almost every day! The suction cup for the bottom actually works phenomenally! That thing doesn’t wiggle at all. The blades are so easy to swap out and there are so many options. I’m over the moon about this silly gadget, I just love it! Also, I may be easily entertained, but it’s actually just kind of fun to use too. I find myself buying block cheese instead of shredded just so I can use it. It’s fun, it works like a dream, love it! If it ever breaks I will be buying a replacement, but I imagine it will last a very long time, it’s pretty sturdy.

I loved this grater & several friends bought it after my referral, since it grates cheese so quickly & easily. Freshly grated cheese is a game-changer, compared to pre-shredded! It tastes better & it's less expensive doing it yourself. Takes only seconds with this product & if I'd reviewed this a couple months ago, I would've given it 5 stars. However, the plastic barrel cracked & eventually broke after a few uses. It's super easy to use, assemble/disassemble & it suctions to my countertop tightly. I put everything except the base & handle in the dishwasher & it cleaned up nicely. Unfortunately, replacing the plastic hopper part is nearly as expensive as buying a whole new grater. It would be great if it was made as nicely as the rest of the grater.

This works great. I bought it mainly for the cheese grating and this did not disappoint. It shreds down to tiny pieces so you don’t get a chunk of cheese to deal with like the hand held shredder I’ve used before. I’ve not tried the other blades. The included blade holder is a great bonus for storage. Holds tight to my countertop. Washes easily in the dishwasher. Very pleased with my purchase

Excellent quality and ease of use. Zulay makes great products. I also recommend their popcorn maker; my first Zulay. My one complaint was with the delivery by UPS. Left at front door, never rang door bell, glad I was home to see their van leaving!!
