It’s fluffy and soft

Today i received my grey rug (size183x274cm) it came vacuum packed so looked tiny I worried it was the wrong size but opened it and found it was indeed the correct size. I'm very happy with it and didn't expect the quality as good as it actually is given the price but it was money well spent! The rug is lovely, it's soft and warm under foot, it covers the sitting area perfectly and a lovely shade of grey. A nice deep pile and looks easy to clean, i wouldn't put a high hoover setting on it though. Its light enough to take outside to shake as I did. It's still to do a little stretching after the packaging but instructions say 1 or 2 days to fully flaten out. It's a little slippy on my wooden floor but given the size I had sufficient rug to put under the legs of the sofa so this has stopped the rug moving. Even my dog loves it she's been lying on it since I put it down. Don't be put off from the negative reviews this rug is as good as one over a hundred pounds! Highly recommend it and very fast delivery.

Bought it for my child's room and he loves the silky feel, the brightness of it and it's a good size. The backing is a bit thin but it's on top of a carpet so it's absolutely fine. For £20 you can't go wrong.

I think this company has started using different materials because the rugs go out of shape once washed and they never used to. I had a green one for ages and washed it numerous times and it always came out perfect after washing. But the last two rugs I have purchased are unusable after washing. I even washed this black one by hand and it was still useless after washing. Its a shame as they look good and are good value - up until you wash them. They are actually dangerous after washing as they go all bumpy where either the top or bottom layer shrinks and you can easily trip on them as they are so uneven should you still put it on the floor.

I ordered 2 items, the first was small and I expected to it arrive in a box. However on ordering a large rug for my lounge I was completely shocked when the delivery driver presented me with 2 boxes. Did I make a mistake in my order? Did I order a towel by mistake!? I have bought many large rugs and carpets in the past, all of which have been rolled up. I couldn't believe what I unpacked, a vacuumed packed folded rug! Why would anyone in their right mind think this is the way to ship a large rug!? And of course on opening I have to say I felt misled as this by it's definition wasn't the premium product I was expecting. I bought the largest size available, 242 x 305. My previous rug from IKEA is 200 x 300 which cost £125 short pile and very hard wearing, lasting over 10yrs before I even considered replacing it. I Know this cheap £72 rug won't last more than a few years before it needs replacing. I had intended moving the old rug to the bedroom but on realising how thin this rug is decided to leave it in place underneath as extra cushioning. Because of the way it's been folded it will take weeks of stretching to get the creases and folds out. It does achieve the look I was after but I have to say overall I am extremely disappointed.

Great size. My old hardwood floors need covered up & this works perfect until I find flooring I like.

I went through 3 dorm rubs because they get dirty so easily and are super hard to clean. You can put them in the washer but they are hard to vacuum so I would usually pick it up and shake them out but if you get something sticky on them good luck.
