The delivery was received while I was away, and the package was kept with my security guard. I returned after approximately 15 days and, within three days of use, I noticed that the sole of the shoes has started detaching. I have attached photographs for your reference. I have been purchasing this same model/brand for the past two years, and the quality has always been excellent. That is the only reason I continue to buy this product repeatedly. However, this time I believe I may have received a defective piece. Unfortunately, I have already disposed of the original box, as I did not anticipate any issue. Due to this, I am currently unable to initiate a return request through the usual process. I kindly request you to please guide me on what can be done in this situation.
