The system is set up and ready to plug in and start playing right away.The lights and colors from the case are just an extra fun bonus. Even for someone who keeps the tower under his desk, it’s still noticeable and adds something to the overall look.Processing performance is good all around. I have been using it almost daily for several months and have had no issues at all.

I bought to exclusively play Sims 4 on, with hella mods and CC lol so far so good and holding up well!!!!! love the colors! love the lights on the keyboard and mouse that it comes with. not sure if it's the best or not but it's fine for me .. for now. speedy fast, at least faster than my old all in one PC I was using 🙃 I'm not a PC builder expert or anything so I don't know if what I bought came with the correct parts or what have you but for the price I paid, im not complaining .. all I know is it's cute and it runs my Sims amazingly on ULTRA ( I haven't been able to do that since Sims 3 came out 😅)oh and the hubs plays his COD on it an no complaints there, so yeah 😏 great buy 👍🏾

This was the first MSI machine I have purchased, and it is a fantastic pre-build. Plenty of room for things on the SSD, which is actually a m.2 ssd, so that was a big bonus. 16 GB is a good medium for RAM, but I think I'll double it in the near future. It has 4 case fans, the lighty uppy ones, and I am surprised at how quiet it is. CPU runs around 50c, so cooling is fairly good. I did have a slight hiccup when I first got PC. The motherboard was faulty and needed to be sent back for repair, however MSI was super fast with the turnaround, so I can't complain really. It's up and running smoothly, plays all the games I like at full high settings, and is very quick.

while the computer is a good buy the only issue i had with it is the windows 11 install. after a couple months of using it i noticed the microsft store was not installed on it. After doing more in dpth looking i realized a ton of the windows 11 features were not on the computer such as a program to open photos. so to say the least i had to do a fresh install of windows 11 to get everything needed to run properly. None of cmd commands are recognized so trying to use winget upgrade fails. So if you buy this computer id do a fresh install of windows 11 before you do anything else.

UPDATE: (Still crashing after almost a year i contracted them for a return due to hardware issues and they said i have to pay for shipping to get my pc returned and fixed, i just want my money back at this point...)Why do they want me to pay $80 just to send it just to fix it when I could do that with a brand new hard drive to fix the “ issue”it’s slowing down and crashing my programs I’m ready to resell this or at least hope to find someone to fix this issue. I don’t know what is wrong with my new pc!!!! I’m so upset. It won’t open my files. Everything works by my files. Sometimes it takes a long time to boot up. If I open the start button sometimes it won’t open or freezes up or crashes. All I can do is watch YouTube and reset pc every time it crashes. It was fine then noticed it getting slowler every day help
