do you find the bags tear when the cat scratches the sides of the tray to cover what they have done ?

Yes they do tear, and they are completely useless in my opinion. Binned mine after the 1st one didn't work.

Please advise the best way to dispose of the used litter tray bag? Thank you in advance for any info offered.

perhaps I am not the best person to ask. all I do is tie up the used bags and put them in the communal dustbin which is emptied every day.

Are these actual bags or just a flat liner?

Very large liners that can be tied up into bags once finished with.

Can these full litter tray bags be deposited in the non-recyclable council wheelie bins? Thanks for any response

I think its probably best to place the litter in these bags and the bag itself inside a proper bin liner - its rare that the cat won't have scratched through these anyway.
