Glutamine is essential product when it comes to fitness and spark, Nutrabay has made a nice product. Fitness PPL know the importance of taking Glutamine. It can be taken with protein. I used this product from long time and this product taste is very good. It is leman flavoured. it is really nice and helps me to improve my immune system. Contains artificial sweetener- IBD/IBS patients be careful
Possibly a good product, but stay away if you have IBD/IBS. I have experienced serious bloating due to the sucralose in the product. Be careful and use your own judgement. I will be trying out their non-flavoured/sweetened version.

Amazing Glutamine Product
I don't know who would benefit from this review but believe me this is the finest glutamine supplement i have ever used. It is so effective and the taste is also very good. I have seen tremendous change in my recovery after consuming this. Not to forget, the product is value for money and gut friendly for digestion. The mixability is super amazing. It has helped me alot in my recovery which led to the effective muscle gain.
