Im kind of in between with these Gummies ! They really did help with my hair growing back a lot when no other product did . Nails not so much I didn't care about that BUT this acne is a absolutely NO for Me I never had these many pimples in my face ever and when they bust it's leaving scars on my face . I only used one bottle I dont think I will be ordering another.

Great gummy but it’s icky sweet! Makes my teeth hurt. Trying to stick with them because I want my hair to grow fuller. Have been taking for a few months and can’t say I’ve noticed a huge difference.
