Is there a pacifier in the package?

The package contains a magnetic pacifier, the same as the picture, can be placed just right on the doll's mouth, very suitable, because it is magnetic, shaking the doll will not fall.

Hello, the doll is not full silicone, the body is cloth and the limbs are vinyl.

In the picture the doll has a vinyl body, but in the description it says cloth. Is the picture inaccurate?

It has a cloth body, but, the hands and feet are vinyl For a cheaper doll, they are made quite well and my great- grandchildren loved them. They look so real.
