The product was defective on arrival. I decided to reach out to customer care. Reaching out to them itself wasn't a pleasant experience and then the customer support was again very vague in their approach. With this experience, I decided to return the product. Thanks to Amazon, they accepted the return even though the policy was just replace. The only good thing about the product is it looks good and modern
