An absolutely great camera
Love the feel of the camera, the ease of use (mostly on manual but auto great too), the speed of the transfer of pics to my other devices (cellphone when traveling ), the battery duration (a day of shooting) and of course, the quality of the images. It is probably the best camera out there for the price, speed/ease of transfer, and image quality. Not the smallest or lightest (will not fit in you pocket or your hand/shoulder bag unless pretty big.

This wasn’t cheap but so worth it. I love that it’s not too big and not too heavy. Makes me wanna bring the camera with me anywhere I go with my family. False advertising. Not Brand New
Purchased new, but can definitely tell someone opened the box. The screen was flipped outward and had fingerprints. Manuals and other papers were all over the place. Other than that, the camera itself seemed fine, but I'm extremely disappointed.

AI is the real deal!
The Sony a7Cm2 advanced imaging system is powered by a 33MP full-frame Exmor R CMOS sensor and the BIONZ XR processor, a combination capable of 10-bit 4K imagery at up to 30 fps or a top continuous shooting rate of 10 fps with AF and AE using either the mechanical or electronic shutter. The new focus system powered by an artificial intelligence (AI) chip is a huge improvement over my Sony a7m4. It locks on and sticks like glue. Not sure how to algorithm works but boy are my photos sharp and the focus has improved in some of my non Sony lenses.

Feels very good in my hand.
Well, I just got the camera. I am not a first time Sony user but this new menu is a bit frustrating to me. It’s too long imo and have to really study it to figure it out completely. Camera is great. On a test photo at 16000 iso it’s a bit noisy but then, I am not planning to shoot anything over 3200 iso anyways. Even with the kit lens(have a lens on order) you can see the quality in the photo. Colours are great and I can’t wait to dabble more into that on the menu although I do most of my editing on Lightroom. Takes quite some time to charge the battery so I recommend having a spare(ordered one already.

not good for low light like A7S ii predecessor
Very good for travelling, high quality footage and photos, not great in low light scenarios, I was surprised by how badly it took photos in lower light
