I bought this infusing decanter thinking I’d make one or two fancy cocktails. Fast‑forward a week and I’m basically running a full‑time moonshine laboratory in my kitchen. This thing is dangerously fun. The built‑in filter basket is genius — it keeps all the fruit, herbs, and questionable “let’s just see what happens” ingredients contained so I don’t end up drinking floating debris like some kind of woodland creature. The glass feels solid, the lid seals tight, and the whole setup makes me feel far more sophisticated than I actually am. So far I’ve made jalapeño tequila (amazing), pineapple rum (life‑changing), and something involving blueberries that I’m still pretending was intentional. Every infusion tastes like I actually know what I’m doing. If you want a product that makes you feel like a mixologist, a scientist, and a slightly chaotic bartender all at once, this is it. Five stars — and possibly five new cocktail recipes I’ll never admit were accidents.

Great for infusing liquors. Really easy to sample to figure out when to finish the extraction. Cleans with minimal fuss and pours well.

Mainly use to for tequila. Works perfectly. Holds plenty of stuff for the infusing (the basket). Comes with a little recipe book. Looks nice on the counter too.

Great for infusing but could be a little larger. Can’t fit a whole 750mL bottle of alcohol in it. But a great starter if you’re new to infusions or doing small test batches

I usually infuse my alcohol in mason jars so shelling out such a high dollar for a fancy jar didn't really seem worth it to me. I gave this a shot since I wanted something a bit fancier for thanksgiving and boy this guy is PRETTY. I've since tried to find a more affordable option for christmas gifts and this is really the best one I could still locate with my snooping. It really has everything you need - the heavy duty glass, small but roomy enough container, herb basket, and mesh strainer all built in. Topped with a classy cork, this is going to look good on your counter, spirits tray, or table. It comes with an idea book, but you'll find some better and more daring recipes online (and even here in the comments). Although pricey, this IS a name brand product and is build in a very thought out way.
