Very handy piece of tool what mechanics needed.
Hammer do job very well, lead I use on my job side for tapping axles bearings hammer is safe not making damage, perfect weight also is pretty quality made.

Decent Product
It's a Chinese lead hammer, make a mold when it comes in, once you've deformed the metal beyond use melt it back into the mold and strike again, it worked well on my customers hundred spoke wire wheels.

It’s lead. It’s a hammer. What’s not to like? Seriously, for wire wheel knock offs, it’s the tool to use.

Excellent value for the money
I’ve been looking for these for a long time never considered Amazon when I found them. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I bought two sizes of them and they are fantastic. I own a shop and I love them for pounding punches and not mushrooming things and damaging other equipment that I have to hammer.

Great option for “knock off” style wheels on classic cars
Used on 1963 Corvette with the real “knock off style” wheels. I was skeptical because of the price point, but it did not damage the chrome spinner. Had to finally replace the original that the car came with. If you don’t know, this is meant to “bend” and get deformed. Eventually when I have to buy a new one, will probably end up here again. Here is the original hammer that I had to replace. New hammer tackled all four wheels and has a few tire changes to go I’m sure.

Made in China….
Post says British wire wheels, I was assuming we were getting a quality hammer. It will work, but I could have got a made in China one locally. Didn’t notice the made in china engraving in the photos posted, and package shipped from New Jersey. So, yea it will work to tighten the knockoffs on my wire wheels. And other than the fact that some wire wheels are British made, the item title is fairly misleading. For the average guy just trying to put my rims on, I could have just bought a MADE IN CHINA version locally. Product took a long time to deliver, but was one day early.
