This machine so far is amazing. The instructions were pretty simple with the videos. The training with my group is good too. But the stitches and ease of use for the machine is amazing. I’ve figure out how to you it fairly quickly after my training and watching videos provided.

Been waiting to get one of these for a long time. Not my first 15 needle, but my first Smartstitch! The support and training has been amazing! Someone is always a message away for help which was really important to me. The machine runs like a dream and very easy to use for a machine of this size. I cannot wait to do even more.

While this lovely piece of technology has saved me literal hours of time with thread changes it has made me want to embroider everything! It does take time to learn. Do the Smartstitch training! Worth the time. Then plan on spending some time on YouTube. You will get it eventually. I’m no expert at this point however, I have started to find my way around the machine. Beware this is what’s known as a gateway drug. Before you know it you’ll be buying all the stabilizers, rhinestones and paraphernalia you see on the YouTube and TikTok. And although it comes with two sets of hoops you will want to buy mighty hoops ASAP. If you have ever seen magnetic hoops it is truly a game changer. For the price here on Amazon prime day it was a deal. I am not a professional and have no intention of being one. I am a hobbyist and make things for my family and friends. Loving it.

I've had my Smartstitch embroidery machine for a while now, and I've been really happy with it. The machine has been reliable, and whenever I've had a question or needed technical support, the Smartstitch team has been quick to respond and very helpful. I run a small custom embroidery business, so having dependable support is important. Their team has always been patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help me get back up and running. I've completed many custom hat projects with this machine, and it's been a great addition to my business. This machine is excellent! It's easy to learn for new beginners and comes with personalized training and many videos to get you started. Delivery through Amazon was an absolute nightmare! They used a company called RXO for final delivery to our storefront. We kept getting notifications through Amazon that our package was out for delivery and it repeatedly didn't show up. When I finally called RXO, it turns out that their company and Amazon do not share information and use separate tracking information. RXO did not share that information with me, and I had to call them to get the correct tracking info. Just know that if you order this through Amazon, do not rely on their tracking info and just know that it will likely not arrive when they say it will. The machine is delivered in a wooden crate with pallet bottom and weighs several hundred pounds. Absolutely a 3-4 person job to get it unboxed and set up.

Very user friendly as I am new to a multi needle machine. It came with everything you need to get started and them some. When comparing different machines, the smartstitch provided way more for the cost. I received the machine a week ahead of the estimated delivery date.

This is my dream machine! Love it sew much. I had been using a 6 needle BabyLock, and it was so simple. But, it also limited me as far as what I could do with my design. So, when this one came in, and I got it all set up, it was a little intimidating. But the tech support, customer service, and training just made all of my fears disappear. I even hit the hoop with a needle bar and broke it. They diagnosed it with videos and pictures. I got he new part in 2 days and they helped me install it and got me going again in no time at all. The tech support is amazing. Other companies should follow their lead! You just don’t find this kind of support anywhere these days. And if I have any questions or issues, I can get help through the group chat any time. All in all, the machine is simple to learn. And it really does have a beautiful stich.

I do like this machine and so far no real issues. The only regret I have is that the customer service is in China and it's like 12 hours time difference, so you can't get any immediate help if you do have an issue.
