Great quality, reliable, and an overall good investment for your beloved IPhone
UPDATE**5/4/2017 I have purchased yet another TA protector for my Iphone 6. After putting my phone through very heavy abuse- falls, bumps,etc.. my protector chipped and I decided to go ahead and purchase a new one. I am once again extremely happy with the protector- smooth, easy to put on and looks great. I will probably be a TA customer for life. Their prices are fair and their products- EXCELLENT. UPDATE**12/9/2015 After using this screen protector for a little over a year now, I felt it was necessary to update my review and change the star rating. I will preface this review by saying I was initially put off by the smaller sizing of the protector, as reflected in my original review below. Having used many screen protectors for various versions of the IPhone, it took some time to get used to this one. However, over the course of the year, I realized that the pros of it definitely outweigh the sizing concern. Having kids that frequently borrow my phone, it has been dropped numerous times, has been left on top of my car during a rainy day, and most recently, was dropped from a flight of stairs. I was almost certain that my expensive phone was done for. Fortunately, the protector took the brunt of the fall (it finally cracked), and left my phone untouched and unaffected by the demise I had put it through. Tech Armor's protector is probably the reason my IPhone has survived this treacherous year! I am not one to give a product a 5 star rating very easily or write updated reviews. As a matter of fact, my original review gave this 3 stars because of the smaller screen-to-protector size ration. However, I feel its necessary to praise good products and good companies when they are deserving of it. So, after using it for the past year, I have now upgraded the rating to a rare 5 star rating based on the following affirmations: 1. The screen protector is durable and well made. It has withstood many drops, bumps, and even rain. 2. The screen protector has not impeded my ability to use the phone. Although slightly bulkier than other protectors, the screen response is still the same as if no protector was on it. 3. The two times I had to communicate with the customer support team from Tech Armor, they were fast and efficient- a rarity in this market. 4. The protector was relatively easy to install and came with good packaging and good instructions. Overall, with many selections in this screen protector market, I strongly suggest this one. Even with cheaper priced versions available, both the company and the product make paying a few more bucks well worth it. The combination of the solid product and the even more solid customer service behind it, make this my #1 recommended choice for your phone protection. Even if I change phones in the future, I will still go back to Tech Armor to look for my accessories. OLD REVIEW********** Ordered this based on the overall review, and the fact that it was ballistic glass. .I used this product on my personal iPhone 6. On the plus side, the protector seems solid, very well made and should offer good protection from scratches, hits, etc. On the downside, the width size is considerably smaller, and there is an outline along the edges that never went away after application due to its cut. It's also very thick. It's doesn't bother enough for me to remove it, but it does look cloudy along the edges, something I wasn't anticipating. I was aware that this design was made based on the IPhone 5, but some improvements should have been made. Just know with this screen protector, it will be very obvious that you have a screen protector on, unlike some of the other ones, but it is still better built and of higher quality than the cheaper options. Pros: I would like begin with the positives. The material is excellent. Incredibly strong, amazingly clear, and it simply does not scratch, period. Nor does it leave any fingerprints whatsoever. These guys did their homework when it comes to getting the material composition right. It feels just like you're touching your actual iPhone display. Installation was significantly easier than the 'plastic film' style of screen protectors. If you follow the instructions you will not get any bubbles, period. The ballistic glass screen protector is thicker than the 'plastic film' protectors, and has a smooth, luxurious feel to it. Cons: Sizing, sizing, sizing. I realize they had the product out before the iPhone 6 was released, so they were operating based on limited information. But it is simply not big enough. It needs to increase in size about 2 millimeters all around. This is not so big of a deal in the vertical dimension, but in the horizontal dimension it does not cover the whole width of the iPhone 6 screen. On the right edge of my screen there is a small bit that is not covered, and where it borderlines the display the image is slightly distorted. While I can live with this, I am not a fully satisfied customer. Please, Tech Armor, if you read this review please increase the dimensions of the screen protector

Second time is the charm. It is Invisible!!! Follow Instructions Closely!
Updated I ordered a Tech Armor SlimProtect Case for my new iPhone6 and even though the product information said that the โRaised Edge Protects Screen from Scratchesโ, I decided to order the Ballistic Glass Screen Protector at the same time, just to be sure. Update, September 29, 2015: The first one that I installed back in December absorbed a bunch of falls from the night table and other sundry tables, etc . And the screen protector cracked and not the phone's screen! Every time I dropped the phone, the screen would get another hairline crack. I guess this is what it is supposed to do, take the hit for iPhone! I decided to get another one because the cracks were aesthetically bothering me. The phone didn't seem to mind though. It was very easy to remove the old screen protector (a few of the hairline cracks in the photo are from the removal process). Since I had experience with the previous install, putting on the new screen protector was really easy and it really is INVISIBLE!. Just be sure to follow instructions and hold and position it above the phone before putting laying it down. And wash your hands!! Review from December 2014: I placed an order for both the Slim Protect and the Ballistic Glass protector by Tech Armor on December 28th. and the order arrived on the 30th, just as I was heading out to dinner. I quickly opened up the box, opened up the SlimProtect case, snapped it around the iPhone - it fit perfectly - and off I went to dinner. I decided to leave installing the Screen Protector to the next day. Early the next morning, I received two emails from Tech Armor, thanking me for my purchases, and to contact them if I have any issues, or questions about their product. In all my buying history (63 orders in the last 6 months from Amazon), no other company ever came close to their customer/purchase followup protocol. It is impressive that they have the system in place to get an email out to me within 12 hours of my receiving my order. As for the product itself, it came bundled with instructions, directions to their installation video, a packet containing microfiber cloth, a double strength Cleaning Wipe, in a foil packet, and a squeegee/burnisher for getting bubbles out. Very thorough and very thoughtful. I wonโt get into the details of how to install this, because their instructions are spot on. Please follow them closely. However, there is something you should be very careful about if you ever have to re-position the screen protector after you put it on the phone. I watched the video, followed all the steps, and after I laid down the glass the first time, I noticed that the speaker hole at the top did not quite align. So I carefully lifted off the glass, inspected for dust specks, and re-positioned the glass. This time I noticed a big old dust speck, (must have attached itself to the bottom of the ballistic glass, which I was holding in my left hand, while removing the dust speck with the Dust Removal Tape, with my right hand. I made sure there were no more dust specks and positioned the glass protector again, and followed instructions to make sure it seated just right. So far so good. However, this time I noticed that where I lifted the ballistic glass, top left corner, I had left a small thumbprint on the adhesive side, and that area would not affix itself to the iPhone surface anymore. Their instructions are impeccable, with the exception of suggesting a way of removing the ballistic glass without leaving fingerprints on the edge. Their instructions merely say โgently lift immediately, and adjustโ, but does not quite spell out how best to lift the ballistic glass. Perhaps using the squeeze card โ instead of using my nail and its attached thumb โ or perhaps a tweezer, or even using a cotton glove, so as not to get fingerprints on the adhesive side. Obviously there is nothing wrong with their product, just my ineptitude in placing the screen protector right on the first time. So, if you have to reposition the glass, DO NOT USE your finger nail to lift off the screen protector. Use something else. That said, when the screen protector is on, you hardly notice that there is something on top of your iPhone screen. It is invisible, with the exception of my thumbprint at the top left corner. It does not alter the sensitivity of the touch screen in any way, and works well under many circumstances. So far, I am very impressed by the company and their products. I did write to them about the thumbprint issue, but it being a few hours before New Year, I donโt expect to hear from them just yet, but I felt compelled to write a review and highlight my mistake in case someone out there was about to install one of these Ballistic Glass Proctors Regardless of any response, I will certainly look at their products before I purchase anything else.

Tech Armor is the Best, but This Screen Protector Rules Them All! Even Fixed Screen To Ear Issue!
I have been using Tech Armor High Definition (HD) Clear Bubble-Free Screen Protectors for years on all my iPad's and my Wife's iPhone 5s and my iPhone 6. These are great screen protectors. I've installed them over a dozen times and the most important part of installing any screen protector is there can be ZERO dust on the screen before installation. Tech Armor includes many "sticky strips" to remove all dust for installation and they work perfectly. Now for the Tech Armor HD Clear Ballistic Glass I am reviewing here. First it's in an entirely different class of screen protectors. It's not a multi-pack so you only get one, but the touch and feel of the Ballistic Glass is incomparable to any other screen protector I have ever used. It is actually easier to install than the "flexible" ones because you don't have to deal with it bending and not being positioned correctly before your ready to lay if down for the final time. This was the easiest installation of any screen protector to date for me and it is positioned perfectly on my iPhone. The first thing I noticed was touch response and definitely the feel of touching the screen. It's completely smooth. Our fingers are oily and with standard screen protectors you fingers stick a little and and swiping is not too smooth. With the Ballistic Glass on my phone my fingers just glide across the screen and every touch to the screen is accurate and picks up the touch the first time. No more tapping something a few times to get it to open or type a letter. Just clean it with a microfiber cloth once in a while and your phone's screen looks brand new again. The cost of this screen protector (like all Tech Armor Screen Protectors) is incredibly reasonable. Plus they totally stand behind their lifetime warranty. My Wife's iPhone 5s with the HD Ballistic Glass installed for about 2 weeks started to peel in the corner about 4 months ago and I contacted Tech Armor and they sent me a Brand New one for free in the retail package. Great Customer service. By the way, that was the only issue I have ever had with a Tech Armor screen protector in the many years I have been buying them. My Kids iPad's take a beating and they just have the Tech Armor HD Clear protectors on theirs. Last thing and it's a big one, especially in my situation. Before I installed this Ballistic Glass Screen Protector when I was on a call the screen would not go black most of the time and my cheek would press the buttons and mute the call or go to speaker. It was annoying. With this screen protector installed it no longer happens. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with this product.

Excellent Material, Mediocre Size
This is a review for the Tech Armor Ballistic Glass Screen Protector. I used this product on my personal gold iPhone 6 64gb, but this product will work for all colors/storage capacities of Apple iPhone 6. Below you will see the original 19 Sep 2014 review as well as two updates, the latest one 8 Oct 2014. ****Original Review Written 19 Sep 2014**** Pros: I would like begin with the positives. Please, Tech Armor, if you read this review please increase the dimensions of the screen protector. Verdict: I will continue to use the screen protector (because it is a very solid product) and get in touch with the company in a month or so to see if they update the dimensions of the screen protector. The sizing is an annoyance, but it is still the best screen protector material around. Knowing what I know now, I would have probably purchased a cheap $1.50 film to hold me over until the dimensions were updated. Tech Armor, I would gladly and immediately update my rating to five stars if you revise the dimensions. Thank you. ****30 Sep 2014 Update**** I have sent Tech Armor an email about my situation, and they emailed me back saying that about 10% of their initial shipments contained an error in their cut. The rep offered to ship me another ballistic glass screen protector, free of charge. He did not request that I have to send back the original one that I purchased. While I do not believe my original ballistic glass screen protector is defective, I will wait and find out when the replacement arrives. The rep mentioned that if my original was defective, I should notice a difference in the camera/light sensor cutout. I suspect he will just ship me the new, updated version, considering the new version is scheduled to be released on 2 October 2014. Other thoughts now that I have lived with the ballistic screen protector for a couple weeks: I have decided to upgrade the rating to three stars. This is because even though nothing has changed, the tiny sliver of my screen that is uncovered no longer bothers me. The uncovered sliver is a slight aesthetic annoyance, and does not affect the protection or the quality of the display. I didn't think someone who is as perfectionist as myself could stand living with it, but after three days I stopped noticing it. The material is still flawless, with several friends have commenting on how 'glasslike' the material is, and how it is clearer than the plastic film screen protectors. I will update again when I received the replacement. ****8 Oct 2014 Update**** I have received the replacement ballistic glass screen protector Tech Armor has sent me. With this update, I have bad news and good news. The bad news is the replacement is an exact identical product as the original one that I have been using. Still the U-cut on top, still just a tad small for my taste. The good news is that after using the ballistic glass for nearly a month I have not only grown more fond of it over time, but I am starting to really fall in love with it. The slit on the right seems so insignificant now. In my last update I said it stopped bothering me, which is why I revised my rating to three stars. Now, I genuinely like this product - which is why I give it four stars. No, it's not a perfectly fabulous five star product, but it is a very, very good product. Obviously still no bubbles, no peels, and I am thoroughly impressed with the material. The other good news is the customer service of Tech Armor. They are unusually prompt, and quite helpful. This makes me like their company, a lot. They've got the best selling screen protectors on Amazon, and I hope they get rich. After dealing with them, I like them. So in the end, I did not put on the replacement ballistic glass screen protector. I am very content with my original. Looks like I've got an extra that I'll probably never need seeing as how sturdy these things are. Maybe if my girlfriend wants an iPhone later on down the road. This will most likely be the last update I will write for this product. My final thoughts: I think it's the best iPhone screen protector I've ever owned, even if it isn't 100% perfect. If you're on the fence, I would recommend you getting it if you care about maximum protection for your iPhone 6 screen. I know I've made the right choice. If down the road they update the U-cut out for the camera I may purchase another (in which case this review will be updated).

Unbeatable customer service and a fantastic product.
I buy a lot of items off of Amazon, but this is the first time that I have ever written a review for a particular item. There are three reasons that I chose to make this my first official review: 1. In the packaging of my new HD Clear Ballistic Glass iPhone 6 screen protector, there was an offer for a free product with proof of an Amazon review. I have never been one to turn down free stuff. However, this is not the main reason for my review...that would be a result of #2 on this list... 2. The customer service provided by Tech Armor has been fantastic. Upon receiving and applying my original screen protector with the utmost care, I realized that there was a noticeable bubble "defect" caused by the protector itself. As per the instructions provided with the item, I assumed that this "defect" was the initial "wave patterns" caused during installation, and that it would disappear after 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, the bullseye defect pattern still remained several days later and it did not appear to be diminishing. Thinking that this was most likely a result of my own error in applying the protector, I contacted Tech Armor customer support for tips or suggestions for repairing this defect. I did not ask for a refund, nor did I demand a replacement. Within 24 hours, Tech Armor responded to my email asking for my order number...saying that they would send a replacement out to my address immediately! Even though I mentioned in my email that the defect was possibly MY fault, they insisted on sending me a replacement product at no charge... Now that is how you take care of your customers! 3. I was very excited to get rid of this "defect", but to ensure perfect application, I decided to take the replacement to work with me and apply it in a clean room. Things were going great...there was no dust, no bubbles, no finger prints, and the alignment was perfect. I used the provided squeegee to remove all of the bubbles, but to my utter disappointment, there was still a bubble "defect" after application...in the EXACT same location as the "defect" in the original protector. I tried and tried to slowly work the bubble out, but no luck. It was at that moment that I realized that the defect was not in the Tech Armor screen protector, but in the iPhone 6 finish itself. There must be a tiny burr in the finish of the iPhone that protrudes into the solid glass of the screen protector when it is applied. The result of the pressure on the burr is a bullseye shaped birefringence pattern in the tempered glass screen protector. I find it very hard to believe that two products could have the exact same defect mode in the exact same location. The reason that I mention this is that, perhaps others are experiencing this same problem. What if some of the negative reviews for this product are written by people who have the same defect? They are giving a bad review to the wrong product! They should be complaining about their iPhone itself, not the screen protector. Now I don't have actual proof that this burr exists, as I did not want to remove the 2nd screen protector and throw my phone under a microscope, but given the repetitive nature of the defect and the birefringence pattern created in both cases, a burr is the only explanation that I could think of. Overall, I am very pleased with this product, and with my interaction with Tech Armor. No, the thing isn't easy to apply, and yes, you can smudge it with fingerprints, but that is the nature of these particular products. You can't expect a screen protector to fix a dirty screen. This screen protector is crystal clear, it feels great, and the sizing is exactly as described. I can't comment on the durability or the longevity of this product yet, but if it is anything like the Tech Armor products that I have used in the past, it will fare favorably. I will gladly do business with Tech Armor again and I will encourage my friends and family to as well. I will also encourage all of you who may have concerns about "defects" caused by this product to assess the root cause of the problem. There's a good chance that it lies somewhere other than Tech Armor's Ballistic Glass Screen Protector.

I scream, you screem, we all scream for this โ screen ... uh, protector
Pretty dang good, I must say. I've had this bad boy for about a week now, and am so impressed with it, the voices told me to leave this review. No screen protector is perfect; designers make sacrifices to try and keep everyone happy. So, while this may not be perfect in every way, it's as close as I've found. With that in mind, here are some pros and cons: PROS -EASY INSTALL: I was surprised at how easy this was to install. I cleaned the screened with the cloth and matched the protector with the screen, lowering it slowly until it touched the screen. Once it made contact, it slowly adhered to the iPhone glass from the center outward on all sides. There were 2 very (infinitesimally tiny) small bubbles that I easily squeegied (is that a word?) off within seconds. -SMOOTH TO THE TOUCH: While using the iPhone, your thumb and fingers glide across the screen like a bare butt on a Slip 'n' Slide. I've never felt such a smooth surface for a screen protector and it makes using the iPhone effortless. -AESTHETICS: Is it there? I can't tell. Once I put a case on my iPhone 6, I couldn't even tell there was a screen protector on it. It's virtually invisible - and quite thin. -PRICE: Some other "name-brand" protectors are $20 or more. The ballistic glass version is under $10 โ and well worth it. CONS: -COVERAGE: As stated earlier, designers make sacrifices, and one of those is the size of the protector. It does not cover the entire surface of the front of the iPhone. And, if you're not careful and center it perfectly, it will not cover all of the screen. This is the only issue I had with the protector. I didn't center it very well, and the left side of the screen is slightly uncovered (about .01 inch, maybe). You might want to try it sober. -GLARE: Unfortunately, I was unable to find a Tech Armor branded protector in a matte version. So, you're going to get a lot of glare and light reflections off the glass. Of course, matte has its disadvantages as well, but it would be nice to have that option. I've been buying and using screen protectors for hundreds of years. I've probably used at least a dozen different types and brands, but this is, so far, the best protector I've used and the easiest to apply. Being that I've only used it a week, though, I can't speak to its longevity. I know with a lot of other brands I've used, the edges start to peel off or become discolored and gnarly. But if I have problems or issues down the road, I will update my review and let you know.

Amazing Product and Customer Service
I bought this screen protector because after looking for a while, all I could get / find were cheap and unclear qualities. Please note that I bought this a month after the iPhone 6 came out so I have had a great amount of time using this screen protector. While shopping around for screen protectors, I first chose a plastic one because of its thinness. I had such a bad experience especially with the two "top brand and top rated ones" on Amazon at the time. I regret buying it and immediately RMA it with Amazon. Immediately after, I looked around for better options but eventually decided to try out glass. I was not expecting much as I felt like the protector was going to be pretty thick but it ended up just being a little thinner than my case, which was great since it fit with my case. Pro: - Ultra clear - Really Durable - Easy to install, no bubbles, easy to align as the screen is not as flexible as plastic protectors Con: - Does not fully cover the screen (there is nothing any glass screen protector company can do about this) Overall Impressions: (Skip to the last paragraph if you do not want to listen to my rant, I do not usually rant but this is a great product) I absolutely love this screen protector. I have yet to crack the screen protector. My friend who bought a decent screen protector which had far more reviews then this, and had better reviews, envy and lust for my screen protector. She said that my screen protector is extremely clear, which I agree with and wow-ed me when I first installed it. In addition, the customer service was phenomenal. Since I ordered this screen protector before their updated one came out, I contacted them a week or two after their new one came out via email and asked them if they could send me a new one, they did. They sent me one and I received it within a week, and best of all, free of charge. I would consider myself having OCD, if something is not perfect or close to my expectations, I would be extremely unsatisfied and in some cases, I would return the item. In this case, the screen protector was way above par and met all my expectations that it will make me forever a Tech Armor fan. If you are worried about the price, do not fear because I had the same thoughts, but eventually, I realized that this investment was definitely worth it.

Disappointingโฆtheir products (and service) used to be very good.
Iโve been using the Ballistic Glass protectors on iPhones series 4, 5, 6, and mostly recently, 7. Not only have all the products performed well, the customer support was phenomenal. Unfortunately, both product quality and support appear to have greatly diminished. The recent installation on the iPhone 7 is where I ran into a problem. Iโve installed these on probably a dozen phones between those belonging to me, my wife, and kids over the past six years or so. Never a problem before. But when I installed the glass on the iPhone 7, the edges never โstuckโ. Granted, itโs more of an aesthetic issue because the screen is still protected to the edges, but the lifted glass will likely get dust and dirt under it as time goes on. I contacted Tech Armor about getting a replacement, and was told they would replace the glass, but they changed the return policy on 9/1/2016, moving to โโฆa new policy that allows for the product to be free, but we do need to pass the cost of shipping and handling on to the customer.โ But, the technician said they would waive that for me this โone time onlyโ and send a replacement postpaid. Compare this with an experience I had in May 2016, when I contacted them about a glass protector that had chipped on one of the corners. I sent an email after 10 PM through their website, got a response less than two hours later saying a replacement had been shipped, and received that replacement within 48 hours of my initial contact! (even though the email confirming the shipment said the package could take 7 โ 10 days to deliver). Fantastic service! So, my new glass protector arrived, and I installed it just as I had all the others, carefully following the enclosed instructions regarding cleaning and handling. To my surprise, the same issue of lifted edges occurs with this one! In fact, itโs worse. I can press down on the lifted edges and the protector adheres to the screen, but then lifts away again as soon as I remove pressure. I donโt know if theyโve changed the glass, the adhesive, or something else. You can see theyโve changed the shape of the cut-out above the screen speaker โ it used to be a semi-circle on the previous model and now itโs a much larger notch. Not that has anything to do with the edge contact issue, but it shows the product has changed. Iโve attached photos of both an iPhone 6 (where the product is working great), and an iPhone 7 for comparison. BTW, the same glass protector is used for the 6 and the 7, so itโs not that itโs a โdifferentโ version. Another โBTWโ โ in 2016 I received a follow-up email from Tech Armor about two weeks after the shipment of the replacement in 2016 checking to see if the product arrived and if I had any questions or issues. The replacement for the iPhone 7 was shipped to me over a month ago โ and so far, I've received nothing regarding a follow-up. UPDATE: I received a comment from Tech Armor on my review, asking for an opportunity to address my issues and regain my trust. Following an exchange of emails in early August 2018, they sent me a replacement protector at no charge. I opened the package tonight and installed the protector according to the instructions. From what I can tell, there has been no change to the product from what I purchased last year. As you can see from the photos, the protector still does no adhere well around the edges. But the biggest problem - the crack across the top right! That's correct - the replacement item was defective. So much for quality control - and so much for "regaining my trust". I'm done with Tech Armor.

Cheap as chips, good installation kit and easy to apply onto a SE 2 (2020) & 6s
At $8.76 with one day delivery, not only was it the cheapest 3 pack at the time but also well equipped with an installation frame & good cleaning kit. As others have mentioned, the frame isn't the best fitting one for a SE but if you push both the top and bottom down at once it's snug enough to apply the screen protector, and way better than aligning it manually. You do need to have patience to make sure the screen is 100% free of any specks of dust as just one tiny one can create an air bubble you can't squeeze out. It's easy to do this under a strong light, so you can see dust easily against the reflection and the provided 4 sets (1 large square, and 1 smaller strip each) of stickers are great at removing dust. Then when you apply the screen protector, start at one end (such as the top) and squeeze out the air from side to side as you put the protector down towards the home button and this leaves no air bubbles at all if your screen is dust free. You need to make sure you are pushing the air from the centre to the edge, obviously you will have air bubbles if you do it the other way. It's very easy and repeatable if you put in some patience, the preparation to remove dust and an appropriate technique to make sure you have no air bubbles. You can see in the photos that both installs are flawless, free of any dust/hair and air bubbles. But you can not just rush & throw it down assuming you have a "dust-free environment" like some negative reviews have complained about when they have just wiped it down. Just because it looked clean under natural light does not mean it's free of dust, especially close up under lights.

Great product, excellent customer service!
I love this screen protector! I will briefly explain my 5* experience... I ordered 2 of these, one for my phone and one for my wife's. Like others here, I received 2 iPhone 6 plus protectors (the wrong size). I opened the chat and told customer service the problem, they apologized and without question, over-nighted us 2 new ones in the correct size. The next day we got the package, 2 new protectors in the correct size and ready for install. After reading some reviews, I had expectations that the fit would be atrocious and I wasn't going to be thrilled - I was mistaken. I was blown away with the quality! The package inserts made installation a breeze, and using the touch screen is a pleasure. It feels as though there is no protector at all, and the finger smears are greatly reduced! As for the fit, i find it to be perfect! I use it in conjunction with a speck candyshell case, which fits extremely snug. If the protector were any larger, my case wouldn't fit. Everything that needs to be protected, is. Finally, following the flawless install on my phone, I installed my wife's. When I laid down the protector for the first time, unlike mine, a fleck of dust had gotten underneath. When i lifted the protector to slide a piece of dust-tape unerneath to snatch it, the corner of the protector chipped (~1 mm in the upper left corner). I emailed Tech Armor's support line about the problem and they returned my message within hours. The next day they told me they had shipped out a replacement - free of charge! Talk about outstanding customer service! Absolutely, without question worth the money. This is a great product with excellent customer service!
