very comfortable, sturdy....you wont feel fatigue after prolong usage!
One of the best product I have brought from Amazon. I needed another friend to help me assemble the chair with its huge parts....maybe I am not the best person to do this job...but in hindsight, I think we could easily have done in 1/2 hour smoothly, had we thoroughly and patiently gone through the instruction without getting excited! It's a huge bad-ass chair for a medium-size guy like me (~ 160lbs)...the huge seats comfortably lets you relax. The material is sufficiently thick that provide you comfort to a high level. The bottom and the back resting material is really comfortable. The lumbar support cushion is easily adjustable along the verticle position which is a huge thumbs up for me. I can see my back is always on rest while I am using the chair... Its wide tilting angle is a boon as I can adjust it according to my usage...concentrating on my work, playing games or relaxing while watching movies... The handrest could be adjusted to a great extent, which is a plus. One thing I am not fully satisfied is the relatively smaller size of the arm rest..well it is not that big of an issue but would prefer slightly larger. I play games and do my normal computer work using this chair. From 3 weeks (almost) regular usage, I can safely say - I dont feel fatigue after prolonged use....which is the main things that I was looking in the chair. For the given, when I compare other gaming and office chairs, I find the price reasonable. I will definitely update more on the overall quality of the chair after long usage....for now, I am haappyy...:)

BUYER BEWARE!
I couldn't find my old review to update it, so I'm doing another one. I bought this chair back on March 24th, 2018. Almost a year ago. Before I get into my experience, let me tell you that I bought the 400lb. chair because I am a big man. 6'4" and 325lbs (at the time). So I'm not near the limit, and since I got the chair, I've lost 40lbs. So now I'm down to 285-280 range. I'm a disabled Veteran who was put on Prednisone (Steroids) for my lungs, and anybody that knows anything about steroids knows that you gain massive weight when on it, so that's the reason for being so heavy. Anyways, about 2 months ago, I sat in the chair, and sank immediately. The hydraulics that held me up to my desk had given out. They don't work anymore. So here I am sitting at my PC desk and I'm having to sit up on the edge of the chair to reach the keyboard. Not very comfortable. Well, a month ago, I sat down and heard a snapping noise. Picture 1 shows what happened. The metal split in between two legs. So I was very ginger about it, and treated it with caution, but now the chair tilts severely to the left, and I wondered why. The chair now has a bent arm and it won't bend back. Picture 2 Now I know I'm heavy. But there's no way with a 100lb leeway that I did this damage to this chair. I have a backup chair that is just a regular office chair with no tall back, and I've had that for years with no problems. This chair is either defective, or the 400lb limit is a lie. I take good care of my stuff. Lots of things I own last for years. I have a pair of gloves for winter that are 10 years old. I have a set of headphones that are 7 years old. I take care of my purchases. This chair was defective, and the defect wasn't detected when the chair arrived because of the black paint. I've enjoyed my use out of it. I don't expect a refund or even a new chair from this company. I'll just chalk it up to experience to not purchase anything from this company again. Today, I ordered a new chair that doesn't look as fancy as the one that broke. It also has a 400lb limit. This one is going to last me a long time. Want to know why? Because I take care of my stuff! That's why. This chair was a hunk of junk just waiting to give out. Then they can blame the fat guy.

A Good PC Gaming Chair
It's a great looking chair that does all the things it said it will, comfortable and looks great too. I had an issue with mine, however, the company reached out to me and made it right which is a damn rare thing these days.

very nice chair
Overall the chair is great. The material used to which makes It comfortable when needed to work long periods. The frame is very sturdy and does feel like it can hold a lot of weight. I choose the blue color gives it a great look and to keep it in the color scheme of the office. There is one issue though I think it would be a personal one, the arm rests has a pivot feature which i feel is not needed

So far I love this chair
So far I love this chair. i am still a little timid with it though at this point. It took a few hours for the smell to clear from the new chair smell but after that it put together easy and fast. My only wish, it was a little wider in the seat area.

Very Disappointed with my chair purchase!
On October 18, I purchased the HappyGame Racing Gaming Chair from Amazon, and I've been very disappointed with it since. It was advertised as an oversized chair able to handle up to 400 pounts. Within the past two weeks, since I received the chair, I've found it to be very uncomfortable and not able to handle the weight it was supposed to handle. I weigh less than 400 pounds and the plastic casters on the bottom have broken. I replaced them with stronger casters , which I installed yesterday, and have since noticed the support arms for them have bent. The seat is very narrow and is the same size as a chair my son also purchased the same day I did. This chair is supposed to be oversized and it can't even support me properly.

Wheel Locks are very annoying!!
At first glance this chair looks sleek and comfortable.. its not overly padded and more of a stiff fit.. the added lumbar and head pillows do make it comfortable. however there are some pretty annoying cons: 1) Each wheel has a lock on it and it is very easy to hit the lock with feet, and it takes awhile to figure out which wheel is locked, this makes it very annoying to move even the slightest. 2) even when adjusted properly the whole chair feels like its tipping forward and so is my body, so if you are working at a computer desk or gaming then i would recommend another chair as it is not very comfortable for long periods of time.
