I Ordered this product and it took a week to reach but worth the wait. The Seller OmTechnocraft was really helpful in activating the warranty of the product and also helped in Technical Support. The Two Bullet cameras are really good quality when compared to older 2 mp cameras. I got original Hikvision SMPS also with the PackageIn Box = 2 X 2mp Bullet Camera with required Fishers and Screws, Hikvision DVR Package with a mouse inside, Required BNC/DC Connectors, WD Refurbished HDD 500GB, Usewell 40 Meter Wire, Hikvision 4Channel SMPS.The wire quality is ok,but not premium but it does the job perfectly.Hard drive is working perfectly till now.Night Vision is awesome,but there is a slight switching problem during if colour vision is on and i dont know if it was my installation mistake.Power Supply is original Hikvision.

Hard disk failure
Hard disk which I got from product it's not working frm starting. I contacted amzon they said write email to hikvision and I did but no use. When again I try to contact Amazon they unable connect me.

I have received the DVR, but it is clearly a repaired / refurbished product. There are a lot of scratches on the top body and it is not in new condition. The picture quality is also not clear.I have paid for a new product but you have sent me a used one. This is cheating. I feel cheated by Amazon.Today 17.09.2026*"You are repeatedly harassing me for a mere thousand-rupee camera, this is really not good at all. Today the camera was returned and the full set was joined, but again you have given me a defective camera. Where am I supposed to get this fixed?"*
