Well, were do I start? The product: excellent quality, looks and feels robust and loving the graphics of a sunny/fluffy clouded day; lifts my heart when it’s a wet and dank one. What impresses me the most though is the customer service. Setting the scene of the modern world you will all be familiar with…….dealing with suppliers today is increasing becoming impersonal, frustrating, difficult and frankly not good enough, where you struggle to deal with a human (hello bot/AI world), and even if you can get to interact with a flesh and blood ‘operative’, boy is it hard work or disappointing (think energy companies, banks, councils, global tech companies, mobile phone companies, car parking, airlines, insurance companies just for starters). However, Tumella have been SOOOOOO different. Gen (from Tumella support) is definitely human, responsive, engaging and caring. My situation, entirely caused by my own stupidity and carelessness, was dealt with by Gen superbly and went well beyond what I would expect from a supplier. Thank you to Gen and indeed you all, you are a beacon of light in an ever-darkening world. Keep it up Gen and the gang, you make my heart sing; thank you.

I love this umbrella. I had to figure out how to open and close it properly or it will NOT work. Santa Ana winds are real in California and this umbrella so far has not disappointed me. The only draw back I have is it needs to be larger in diameter. I bought this specifically to protect from the sun not the rain. This replaced a sun umbrella and I knew when I first opened it, it was not going to protect like I was hoping it would. I need a bigger umbrella that can be used for shade protection and from sun rays. It does this but on a smaller scale. If it was larger in diameter…this would definitely be a five-star.

I love that it’s a family‑owned brand, and the quality really shows—no issues, no complaints, just reliable performance through every storm. The inside scenery is one of my favorite features; it’s such a pretty little moment every time I open it. This would make a wonderful gift for anyone who appreciates something practical with a touch of beauty.

Excellent. Strong and sturdy. Bought another as a gift. Bought 2 and my mum somehow managed to break one but the customer service support was excellent and received a replacement in less than 7 days. Very pleased
