"OFF LINE"
It would not work correctly it kept saying it was "off line" I could not correct that, so I sent it back and bought a more expensive camera, that has been working fine

Maybe try some thing else
Loud clunky . Software is not the best . Difficult to set up . Once you do it's ok at best . Hard to download video
