Does this only work with Corsair memory or will it fit any memory?

It will fit any memory as it affixes to the dimm card latches and not the stick itself. There are two types of attachment feet to accommodate your mobo. Hope that helps

Will This work for DDR4 memory?

It should as long as your case is large enough for it to fit. My case was a mid tower and there was not enough room for this to fit over the memory. If you have a full tower case, this should work with DDR3 or DDR4.

Will this work over the Vengance cooling fins

I have the Vengeance Pro ram and it fits over it.
