Disappointed: Damaged Packaging and Faded Product Details
I received the Pilgrim Spanish Rosemary & Biotin Anti-Hairfall Conditioner in a damaged condition. The tube is visibly scuffed and worn, and the Batch No., Manufacturing Date, and Expiry/Use Before details are not clearly readable due to poor printing. This raises concerns about product authenticity and usability. I have attached photographs for reference. I request a replacement or suitable resolution despite the app currently not showing a replacement option.

Great Conditioner for Everyday Use
This conditioner works really well for everyday hair care and leaves hair feeling soft and manageable. A good quality product available at a great budget.

Soft hair, seems to be working.
So far all good.Have only been using it for a short time. The amount of hair loss was washing my hair is now basically none or a few strands, nothing like before. My hair feels very soft as well. The only thing I would mention in the negative is that I would prefer a pump container like the shampoo.
