Best over the ear headphones, I use it for Call center work, and this are comfortable, I can hear customers loud and clear and customers can hear me clear also. I love the battery life ;last for over 2 weeks or so. I would recommend this 👌

I really liked these headphones when I purchased them in late June. It is now mid-November, and the headphones, except for being able to hear with them, are useless for their designed purpose. First, after about 3 months I noticed that the boom would not stay in the upright position. Then, a few weeks after that, the ding notice that lets you know the boom is up and muted, stopped dinging. Now the boom falls by default into the down position. There is no mute anymore, my clients can hear everything, even when I think it's muted. And along with all of that, the bluetooth range, which was exceptional - allowing me to travel around the house with the wifi upstairs, has almost no range at all. I can't even cross the hallway into another room without my clients losing the ability to hear me. I would like to try another pair, as perhaps my experience is outside the norm. I do read others have had the same type of experience. My window for return, according to this amazon site, was 30 day. What do I do now? I am now the owner of the equivalent of a $35 brick. I WILL accept a replacement, and perhaps 5 months down the road I can report something different. These are really great headphones, comfortable and clear to my clients, but I can't risk another $35 for another brick. Will they do the right thing and replace their faulty equipment? That is my request. If they don't, I would strongly say DO NOT PURCHASE! Your limited enjoyment time will be ruined when they stop functioning and you are stuck. Boooo. Send me a replacement pair, please. My address is the same.

UPDATE! Finally broke, lasting easily six times as long as any other pair I've owned, and that was from a full grown adult sitting on them-- and it was still only the joint just above the 'belkin' logo, on one side. By my calculations, I spent approximately a full month's worth of hours wearing them, comfortably. The closest to a hiccup in use is that they beep when they connect to one of the paired things, so when I go on a walk I'll get a beep when I am a block or so from the laptop while I listen to music on my phone. (Did I mention really good range on these things?) And the battery life stayed good the whole time, too. These are utterly amazing, and I only remembered to update this review because I came to order a spare. The first review I wrote while ordering a backup pair...which I have already re-paired to my phone, because *that* is really easy, too. I have rather limited time and mental slack, so having one pair of not-breaking headphones that I can attach to my laptop and my phone, and use to actually get things done while chasing around doing the big work I really need to get done, is awesome. I bought these last year and even the Wasnme hasn't broken them, quite strong! Was a big investment for my disposable income but really happy with the results, and the mic is great. I've apologized to the folks on the other end of the line for a kid yelling and they have no idea what I am talking about. Wear them about an hour at a time, including outside, in the humidity, so I can listen to music and answer the phone if needed. At least four days a week. I have glasses but they don't hurt my ears, so very comfortable, a great buy.

The headset was good. It sounded nice and microphone was clear. It successfully sync with two different devices and worked fine. The only issue is that its little fragile. One of ear piece was snapped from the joint where connect to piece goes over head while taking off.

Microphone is ok

I was concerned about these headphones based on the other reviews' issues with sound quality, particularly the microphone sound. However, after receiving them, charging them, and connecting them via bluetooth to my android phone and my macbook, I am very pleased. The audio quality for music through the headphones is better than expected at this price point. Additionally, I made have made calls on both devices and specifically asked the recipient about the sound quality. Both times, the microphone/voice quality was reported to be clear enough to be confused for a landline-style handset. During one of the calls, I increased background noise (by playing music at full volume from my laptop) and got increasingly closer to it during the call to see when it became bothersome. Short of laying my head ON the speaker, the caller said that although they could hear music, they'd have guessed it was 4-5 cubicles away. The over-ear cups are on the smaller side so if you have very large or pronounced ears, you may find these headphones uncomfortable for prolonged use. However, they fit my ears perfectly and are very comfortable. The headband is quite snug on the smallest setting for those with smallish heads; however, it does have a little gapping at the top. The microphone boom is virtually unnoticeable. I can't even see it out of the corner of my eye. I cannot speak yet to the durability of this item as it is rather new but I will update this review if anything significant occurs. I do wish the instructions that the headphones came with were a little more verbose - it's a bit like assembling IKEA furniture as there aren't really a lot of words. Overall, at the price point where these headphones rest, they are a great value, especially for those in noisy environments (like cube farms, for example) and do a reasonable job of covering background noise for the user as well as the caller.

The function and sound of these headphones is amazing, the battery life is great, and the build quality is decent but it has some unnecessary weak points, and I mean physically, weak points, just about the ear cups. I've only had this for 7 months and have never abused them and the left ear just totally snapped off today. To be honest I'll probably buy another pair for the convenience but they should really fix the design

After testing quite a few headsets, this has become my go-to headset for office call. Both in office and at home, it keeps out external noise very well. Everyone is able to hear me very well without being affected by background noise in the office. I am also able to hear others on the call very well. It connects quickly to my Mac and has a impressive range and battery life.

The microphone is serviceable for calls or online meetings, and the connectivity options are excellent. They work seamlessly with Bluetooth and also include a 3.5mm jack, making them compatible with all my devices, including my laptop and phone. The Bluetooth connection has a reliable range, which adds to their convenience.Battery performance is as advertised, and since the set was essentially new, I’ve been getting the full charge life stated on the package. I also appreciate the foldable design, which makes the headphones compact and easy to carry when traveling.The only downside is the included instructions, which are somewhat misleading. They suggest using an app that is not actually required for this headset. Once you ignore that, setup and everyday use are straightforward.Overall, these headphones are a great balance of price, quality, and practicality well worth considering, especially if you can find them at a warehouse discount. After 3 weeks of usage as a daily driver these headphones have started to crumble and crack!

Have been using for 2 weeks, here are my feedback points - 40+ hours battery backup for sure although I didn’t exactly test it. - Good for calls and casual listening like podcasts, YouTube, Teams meetings. Don’t expect audiophile quality. - Auto mutes itself when the mic is put in the up position and turns on when you pull it down and it’s seamless. - It connects to two devices simultaneously, in my case, my iPhone and Work Windows Laptop. It seamlessly switches between devices when calls are incoming or placed, and when content is played. - lightweight and medium size makes it easy to carry around while travel and daily to office. However the body is plastic and not ultra durable so have to take care while handling it. - Connects via Bluetooth, Analog TRSS, and type C cable, which is good. So even if you are not able to charge, you are covered. I didn’t test the quality with the type C connector. Will post updates on this. My verdict: You can use this as daily driver for your office as well as connect with phone for light listening. For this purpose, works seamlessly. Don’t expect Hi Fi audio.
