The ashtray itself would have been an ideal cigar accessory, of not that it came cracked. The "gift box" was used as the shipping box. The minimal padding in the gift box was insufficient to protect the item, and any intent to use it as such was fined by take and shipping stickers. I had started the return process but realized that the cost of securing it in a new box and dropping it off at the UPS outlet in the next town over was not worth it. The ashtray itself is still functional, but it had been chosen for it's appearance, which is now marred.

Very pleased, this ashtray is quite heavy, and is very cleanly cut, with highly polished glass, and looks and feels, due it's weight and design, that it will last decades with care. Excellent price too, hence I bought another after I bought my first one, and evaluated it.. Came very well presented in it's own display box of a sort. Would recommend buying this ashtray.

BOSS ashtray.. I bought it thinking of was slightly smaller but it has its place on the table now and no regrets. Looks lighter than it is, its decent, its good quality. Definitely for cigars, but it works for smokes.

I ordered an ashtray that was advertised and sold as a crystal ashtray. However, upon receiving the package it became evident that it was not the crystal product I had anticipated. Instead, the supposed "crystal" ashtray turned out to be made entirely out of glass. The quality and craftsmanship of the item fall significantly short of what was advertised. I must stress that this issue goes beyond a mere discrepancy in materials; it is a matter of false representation and misleading marketing. The description clearly stated it was a crystal ashtray, and the images provided further reinforced this claim. As a valued customer, I trusted the brand and expected transparency and accuracy in the product presentation. Also, this discrepancy in pricing raises serious concerns about the honesty and ethics of your business practices. I feel misled and taken advantage of, as the discounted price I paid at the time of purchase is now being claimed as the regular price, making the discount appear deceptive and non-existent. I find this inconsistency in pricing practices troubling, as it undermines the trust I place in your store and raises concerns about the transparency of your pricing policies.
