Is this seller misleading! The title says 11' pan but the description says 10.250 which is it?

Yes - misleading. Mine are being returned today. the largest pan measure 10.25 IF you measure the rims that stick out. The interior at the lid height only measures 9.25". Very small.

Where are Gotham Steel products made?

I looked this one up and it said that they are made in the USA

What size are the pans?

As of the picture: 8 1/2" 10 1/4" pans plus a 2q pot

Does it say on the box that these pots are ptfe free?

They say they are. They work great for me. Cleaning, I just wipe it with a damp paper towel.
