At first I wasn't to sure about this one here. But after using this I have noticed in my leg extension. This is a great buy.

This is great for stretching, I do a lot of pole and this has helped (aside from the floor) this pushes you past your usual point in split (in a good way).

It is an overall good product, but the part where I have to put the long rope into the black door stopper can get challenging, but I really like this product to strengthen my legs.

While it won't make you more flexible, it's a nice device to assist if you already have flexibility and are just trying to do a standing splits. The only thing you need to watch out for is if your door and the frame can handle the weight you'll be putting on them. It installs anywhere but I sometimes get nervous using it on my door and I'm around 120lbs.

I saw this in an Instagram ad originally and thought i'd check out amazon first (because lets face it, amazon ha EVERYTHING) not only was it cheaper than the Instagram advertisement but great quality and simple to use. Looking forward to future stretches with this.
