Size was perfect and looks amazing

I am hoping to change this review in a few weeks. The company was quite responsive, and I received a new clock. I am waiting to see if the clock continues to work for the next few weeks without having to change the battery. If it does then I will change this to five stars. *update* the new clock is working great! I hope it continues.The design is amazing. It was late. The reason I bring up that it was late is because I bought the clock when they advertised a slightly lower price. It said that delivery was scheduled and the item had shipped. A couple of days later, the price went back up and all of a sudden, my clock was no longer in stock. A relevant side note is that I had ordered the clock to have it match a carpet I recently bought. I also had a few social engagements planned for which I thought the clock would be a great accoutrement. The clock did not come in time because of the unexplained “out of stock” even though it had shipped according to the correspondence I received. All would have been forgiven upon receipt of the clock because of how wonderful the clock looks. However the clock is mounted above the fireplace. I will spare the reader the details but this required the use of two ladders and an immense amount of teamwork to access the clock. The reason this is important is because we have to replace the batteries every couple of weeks! As a piece to hang on your wall, this clock is wonderful. It looks exactly as advertised. However, as a timepiece, this clock falls far short of normal, reasonable expectations. I hope that after contacting the company I will be able to change this review.

We thought we were getting replacement clock hands when we sent pictures of them to company. After continued follow up, we finally received the replacements. They were in terrible shape and worse than the original set with no set screw. Now we cannot get a response from the company. We will have to return the entire clock before the return date runs out. Too bad as the clock itself is nice.Update: The company could not get hands for the clock so they refunded money. I now have a clock with no hands.

UPDATED REVIEW: Seller reached out to me and issued a full refund. +2 stars for good customer service.I was beyond excited to get this clock…it’s beautiful! However, the hour hand is loose and just randomly falls. Considering the whole purpose of a clock is to tell time and it doesn’t do this, 2 stars. I would happily give it 5 stars if this weren’t an issue.

Had this for 5 years now and changed the battery about 3x. Works beautifully and mirror is of super real quality

It is huge and gives my kitchen space a classy feel.

What a beautiful mirror clock.

Not sure is I got a defective clock, but I’ve replaced batteries 3x within a couple of weeks and it’s not keeping up. Beautiful clock just wish it’d keep time!
