Can the cigarette lighter socket cord be used with an inverter to power a laptop or electric cooler? What Wattage is the Cigarette socket rated at?

According to the Specifications page in the User Manual, the DC out is 12-16v 10A. Please note, this is a jump Starter not not a Back-UPS unit and thus Wattage is not provided. Draining this Unit to power your laptop will make it useless when the car needs a jump start. I would NOT recommend using this Jump Starter as a back-UPS for your electronic devices but it does have the following rating for the USB ports: USB-C 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A USB Output 1 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A Blue plastic middle. This maybe a USB 3.0 port with QC3/fast charging USB Output 2 5V/2.1A Black plastic middle. This is a USB 2.0 charging port.

Can this be recharged using 12V DC in?

Photo options shown in pic. Fully charged from my laptop, cell AND car charger just as a test. Must add... this unit seems to hold a charge bettet that anything i have ever had.

What is the watt output for the USB-C port? Is it enough to charge a laptop?

The USB puts out 18 Watts. If that will charge a laptop I dont know.
