Very nice. Holds a lot of emergency information that could be life saving in an emergency situation. Very easy to add the information. Built with good quality materials that should last forever. Great price and worth every penny! Very comfortable to wear with an adjustable wrist band. I highly recommend this product.

This bracelet is absolutely wonderful. I have too many conditions to list on a normal health bracelet; even if I only list the major ones. I come across this bracelet, and it works go well. I not only can list all my conditions, I can list all my medications. I can list my emergency contact information. And, all you have to do is scan the Bar Code! You can list more information if you choose, or only list your conditions. You can include as much or as little as you wish. Oh, and it's very pretty, especially with the accent bracelet included.

Do not waste your money. I purchased this because I have several medical issues that should I be in an auto accident, have a TIA in my sleep and be un able to verbally communicate, or if during a procedure I do not wake up my doctors or medical personnel know what they can and cannot give me. I mean why else would you buy a medical alert bracelet right. So I had trouble getting the information to save and had to do this all over a second time. Then the company reached out to me to see if I was having issues, when I explained the issues I had with the site not saving my info and then continuing to request my password when scanning the QR code, I also mentioned how the code is rubbing off. Mine is the medallion so its not like a watch band I can take on and off it stays on, as should any medical ID. Anyway I sent a photo and then for weeks never heard anything until today. The email I got was telling me I needed to buy a protective cover, avoiding washing lol, avoiding rubbing the QR code with my fingers (which my skin rubs on this all day while wearing) and not to bumb it into other objects. Wow so basically this bracelet is good only as long as the QR lasts.

Amazing product. It's not in the way at all and you can add so much information on this bracelet. I have a couple of medical issues that medical personnel might need to know if I am incapacitated, instead of having to wear multiple bracelets I now have one that is not even that noticeable. Also easy to use and set up, you just scan the QR code and it takes you to the website. You don't need to sign up for anything and there are no fees for using this.

The bracelet is nice. I absolutely love the scan code on the back takes whoever needs it directly to my medical history, but I've had the bracelet 2 days and six of the little stones have already fallen out. Bracelet chain is also a little big but that's easily fixable.

This product has exceeded all of my expectations. I am a 69 yo permanently in an electric wheelchair and my husband can leave me alone now knowing that if I have to call 911 that when someone gets here they can now receive all my medical information just my scanning my watch. Also if we go on a trip now all my medical information goes with me. Great product and a thumbs 👍 for value, ease of installation and adds no weight to my wrist! Wonderful!!

1. This may be a beautiful bracelet however; getting a different length would be a wonderful bonus. This bracelet is a minimum of 9 inches long. I have found no way to shorten it without ruining it's chain pattern. Now I have to figure out some way to secure this bracelet around my 5" wrist. And keep it from falling off my hand when my hand is in a downward position too long. 2. The software that is associated to save your health information is extensive. BUT......it's a major P.I.T.A. You must save every little change as a draft or it's gone. Every single word, or it's gone. Do not leave it open long enough for your phone to go into sleep or whatever inactive mode , it's GONE. A knock on your door to answer.......poof, all that spent inputting info gone. That really missed me off. My hands are arthritic, typing is painful. Wasting time like the above took an entire star for me. 3. You can take pictures of your med bottles, you can scan a QR code to open the app. Why not be able to scan a bar code of a prescription bottle? That didn't make a lot of sense to me. The tech is there, make it so. 4. Some of us for whatever reason take a ton of meds. Twenty slots for pictures of medication bottles are simply not enough. This needs to be changed . This took away a full star for me. ☆The chain design makes this a very sturdy bracelet. I believe it will take a lot to hurt it. That's a good thing. My hands are not babied or pampered. ☆The finish of the metal is great it's shiny and bright. The design on the actual medic alert tag is beautiful and clear. I've had several people comment on it already. Strangers even. ☆The lobster claw closures on each end are the largest and most secure I've ever seen on ANY piece of jewelry. They are strong and stay closed all the time. Not flimsy like a majority of bracelets on the market. This is a bonus and why I didn't take away another star. ☆The QR CODE and the medic alert symbol inside the bracelet are both very clear and the printing are legible. I sincerely hope it stays this way. That could become problematic if it fades over time or wears off. Overall I think it's a great bracelet but it has issues that issues for anyone that buys it. Be it sizing or software. Read the description and reviews very, very carefully. Then make your choices depending upon how much frustration you're willing to deal with. Or how many modifications you can make on your own. I also bought one of this company's necklaces, I will only be submitting the absolute bare necessities as far as the medical information.

Love the product! Easy to set up and use. The only cons is that the latch does not stay closed but i found a solution for that! Its hard to adjust for a small person. The bracelet is made out of a thick material that will hold up for a long time. I still would recommend this foe anyone!

Very happy with it. I've been wearing it for months with no signs of wear. Only slight suggestion would be to make a shorter version for women's watch bands. It's a bit long for mine, but I manage. Able to add medical info easily, and I think this is just a handy thing to have to put your name and address on in the event you are ever incapacitated and don't have ID on you.

I purchased the polished stainless steel bracelet and happy to confirm the quality is great. It’s a nice piece you’ll be happy wearing dressed-up or down. Perhaps a little bulky and heavy for a lady, seller has other types to choose from. The clasp is firm and secure. The bracelet links are fluid and free (unlike some cheaper bracelets that tend to jam-up as you move). I didn’t try to remove any of the links with the included tool because the original length fit my wrist fine. Nice polished finish. Fast delivery. Seller follows up. One key improvement I’d make is to have the background of the QR code in a matte finish — it’s currently directly etched on the polished mirror-like finish which makes scanning tricky as it reflects whatever is around. Once you figure out that you need to scan it on an angle against a blue sky or solid-coloured wall it works fine. Given that you want it easy for responders to scan — especially under the stress of an emergency — I think this should be improved. I’m pretty sure that etching the QR code with a matte background would easily resolve this. The web portal and personal medical info page are basic and work well. Not much information on the security, privacy or sustainability of these (which you’re buying with the bracelet) — there’s no real guarantee how long they’ll be around or what happens with your data. The good news is that for a one-time purchase price you get a QR code which leads to a lifetime (in theory) personal medical info page. You can then choose how much and what information you wish to enter if privacy is a concern (you could easily just list your medical condition, with no names or numbers, for example). I chose to still give it 5 stars because it delivered on what it promises, and the quality of the bracelet exceeded expectations.
