I’ve tried a lot of pre-workouts, but EVLution BCAA Energy stands out as one of the best. It gives me the perfect boost of clean energy without the jitters or crash. The BCAAs help with muscle recovery, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my endurance during workouts. The flavors are great—smooth and not overly sweet. So, I don't really use preworkouts usually because the one I have makes me feel like garbage and usually drains me of any energy, so I decided to try this instead. It gives me a kick similar to that of a sugar free Red Bull (my favourite) minus the breakouts on my back that occur when I have energy drinks daily. I was able to get back into cardio after three years of not doing any and didn't feel jittery or nauseous which is usually an issue if I use stimulants before a workout. I also feel like it helps with recovery as I don't really feel as sore after my workouts. This stuff tastes amazing, quite similar to a melted down rocket popsicle if I must say. New part of the stack!
