Great electric knife especially for the great price! Exactly what I wanted AND NEEDED. I use it to cut meats, of course, and sandwiches but especially on my HARD crusted home made yummy white and raisin breads. Works like a charm. Well made. Fits nicely in my smaller hands and in my son’s larger fists, too. And I like the white color—it’s the best! And it doesn’t take up much space in my kitchen cupboard.

Best Electric Knife I ever owned! Cut an 8.5 lb. prime Rib Roast Effortlessly and an 18 lb. Turkey with no issues! No hand fatigue & blade cut continuously & didn’t randomly stop like Black & Decker & other electric knives, I’ve owned did! I owned over 8 electric knives in the last 3 years, the blades usually dull & need replacing or the motor starts smelling from overheating, but this one has been great so far! I even purchased pricey knives over $100 & they didn’t last any longer! HIGHLY Recommend!!! GREAT PRICE!

I have used this to craft and to carve the Thanksgiving turkey. Does a great job and easy to take apart and clean. When my son saw it he demanded a “regular knife” for the turkey. I plugged it in and carved off a perfect slice and he told me to stand aside and took over. Had the entire turkey carved perfectly in a couple minutes. Then he wanted the name brand and asked where I got it. lol!

I cut 2-inch-thick foam with these, and if you know anything about cutting 2 inch thick foam with scissors its hell, this? This was So satisfying to use, like actually. Lockability is good, easy to set up and use, Blades are removable after use, feels pretty sturdy, def has some waight to it but hey, if it works, it works. Was able to carve not just the foam into large triangles as a starting point but i carved myself a tiny mini-tail out of scraps with it (as shown in image).

My first electric went missing in our move as did many other things. Ordered this recently - same name - and love it all over again. Someone wrote about blades separating - you put the blades together and then insert into knife. I make bread a lot and my bread knife is ok, but if there is a slight bulge at the top, that little bit will fall off. I used this knife recently - nice slices and all even. I have a neighbor who loves the bread, so I slice half the loaf for her. Put two slices in a sandwich bag with parchment paper in-between. Make 3-4 packs for her and bring it over. Can freeze and take out one pack at a time. Never had a problem with my previous -had 10 years. As you can see - would buy again...and I did.

Works well, I keep one in the kitchen, and one in the garage. I've had the one in the garage for over 30 years. Burned it up recently, cutting up a big foam mattress. My fault, not the knives.
