Easy to digest and works!
My doctor told me to try Alpha Lipoic Acid for my neuropathy. I tried several brands that were capsules, but they all gave me heartburn so I couldn't take them. I searched for a liquid gel cap and tried these. No heartburn! Better still, they do minimize my symptoms. You do need to take them consistently. They have helped me and I hope they help you. It's worth a try. They do go on sale sometimes and I try to buy them ahead so I never run out.

I love these things so ever since I found them I’ve been taking them and when I stop I noticed that I just don’t feel as good so I love taking these. They seem to work very well and there you can get them on sale a good price otherwise, they’re a bit expensive but worth the money.

It’s Liposomal coated so its a better brand.
I sure hope it’s helping, especially being Liposomal-coated, but I don’t have a Lab so I can’t evaluate properly. Whereas, when I take your B3/ Niacin I can ‘feel’ it working.

i only need one a day as opposed to the two a day suggested. I've been taken this or other brand similar for keeping extremities warm. does the trick. no pain and the size of the pill suits me cuz i chew it rather than swallow it.
