Fantastic special occasion chocolates

Wonderful chocolates and exemplary customer service!
Brilliant and delicious chocolates, beautifully presented. Following an initial problem with my order the Holdsworth company (the makers of these very fine chocolates) responded immediately to my concerns. Expecting only a stock automated response to my email I was most pleasantly surprised to receive an immediate, full, friendly and courteous reply from their managing director apologising for the problem with my order. The chocolates were replaced by return of post the following morning. I cannot praise enough the generous and speedy manner with which the company behaved........exceptionally personal service in these sadly impersonal days.....and they make splendid chocolates!

Tastes like cheap palm oil "chocolate"
Terrible chocolate. Why do most of them taste the same? For the price, I expected some quality and variety but these are just pretending to be top tier, they are very much bottom tier plastic tasting so called chocolate. Avoid!

Incredibly tasty!
I was hesitant after seeing some of the negative reviews but took the plunge anyway. And wow! These chocolates are amazing! The absolute quality can not only be seen but each one is rich in flavour. Im an exceptionally critical person when it comes to anything food related. So for me to praise this is a big deal. Ignore all the negative comments, even though there's not many. Go buy these like now! I bought the biggest box and this will last me for quite a while. Each chocolate is an exciting experience, never have I been this amazed over chocolate, its simply devine!

Quality has declined
Very stale, not up to previous quality and not worth the price I paid. When bought previously in November the chocolates were high quality well made fresh and worth, this current box is so not worth the price, you can get a lot nicer box in any supermarket
