Sprayer and great design but damaged slightly and a lot of work
I love the sprayer. This was a replacement for a jetted tub and needed to replace gold for brushed nickel. Good price and with sprayer making it easier to rinse after use and clean tub. The faucet had a rub mark on faucet and beware none of the drops ins (3) are standard so my husband had to fiberglass original holes and redrill due to the different sizes.

Great customer service
So yes the water pressure is bad and it does take a long time to fill the tub. But, I really appreciate good customer service and when I broke the sprayer they sent a new one free in three days. Very responsive and with me it goes a long way. The quality is very good and it was my fault for breaking the sprayer. Love the company.

Low flow rate
This product is not suitable for a bathtub. The flow rate is so low that it takes 30-40 mins to fill myTub half way. The gallons per minute is about 2 and a tub should be about 15. It is beautiful but not effective. Unfortunately I will now have the additional cost of paying a plumber to remove myTub and reinstall it due to this faucet.
