Love this. Seems bulky but it actually is a low profile once you install it. I love it to be hands free and still see my maps and navication easily.

I like the product but doesn’t fit the thinner style mirrors, so that’s why the 4 stars. Too loose. Have to stick some padding where clamps attach to get tighter fit. Mirror needs to be at least 2.75” in height to have a snug fit. The ease of attaching and releasing phone is a plus.

very very secure. easy to adjust. holds the phone at any angle. doesn't block the driver's vision. doesn't block the air vents. strong. well-made. practical touches, such as the little clip to hold the end of the charging cable. well-priced.

I have had this product for less than 3 months. It is now broken. Also, this does NOT fit all rearview mirrors. My mirror is bulky on the back side. The prongs that hold this to the mirror are not long enough to encompass the depth of my mirror. I dealth with that by having the prongs not completely covering the top of the mirror and that worked. The issue is the part that holds the phone has lost the ability to close. It's crazy. It's like the teeth won't catch. What's up with that. Save your money.

My mirror moves when I put my phone in, but other than that, it’s sturdy.

It worked good for a while. A wing type screw would come off every now and again that I would put back on when I caught it. Then one day the arm holding the phone snapped in half! It worked well for what it was, but I need one like it that's more durable and won't snapp in half one day while I'm driving.

The contraptions behind this product are thick that my rear-view mirror almost broke (it has a tiny crack now actually) when I forced this phone holder to fit my rear-view mirror. I have a 2021 Toyota Venza Hybrid and the rear view mirror has thick/bulgy contraptions that prevents this phone holder to fit well. I don’t dare remove it now because it might certainly break my rear-view mirror. Also, this phone holder does not allow for even a 1/4 inch contraption attached to my phone. Therefore, the phone is not well-secured in its place and sometimes my phone falls off of it. Kindly inform the maker of this phone holder about these issues, please. I would really want a good phone holder to use.
