Are these all completely die cast and do their wheel roll?

The lights on top are not die cast, but the rest is. They are well made and the wheels do roll. My 3 1/2 year old grandson loves it! He has 2 of them.

Where is Bus that opens to store smaller cars?

The doors of the diecast vehicles don't actually open. If you're looking for "School B Carrying Case", the product is temporarily out of stock, due to its popularity and expected to be restocked in November. Thank you always for your great interest and love for Robocar Poli♡
