Was good but did have a bit of an off taste. Low calorie though and some may really like it for that reason

I love working with this product to make sugar free treats while I am on a weight loss journey. I have fooled countless people with this substitution. I am not a huge fan of monk fruit straight, but I don't mind it in this honey. I also try and bake people/dog friendly items, so this is a perfectly safe option. 1 or 1 substitute for taste and consistency

I’ve been largely (refined) sugar free for over a year now, and I started to miss waffles, pancakes and biscuits. Enter Wholesome Yum…this substitute is SO good! I’ve tried a few other honey substitutes, and they all have that weird “substitute aftertaste” (if you’re working to find alternatives to your favorites, you know what I’m talking about…that weird “what is that strange…flavor/texture” thing). In my opinion, that weird aftertaste is near zilch with this one. Dispensing is easy too (just had one substitute where it was so dang on hard to get the honey out I had to unscrew the top). I think it’s a little less thick than traditional honey. Does it taste EXACTLY like honey? As close as you can get without being honey. If you this (or any substitute) thinking this is gonna be honey minus sugar, adjust your expectations or go and get what you’re trying to substitute. But this is as good as it gets for subs!
