Amazing stuff for Plantar Fasciitis
I have Plantar Fasciitis but decided to hike the entire Tour du Mont Blanc trail. To ease the impact of walking on my heel I decided to try these heel pads. And never for a second did I regret the decision. These are amazing! Not only I was able to finish the entire 11-day trip, hiking every day for 5 to 8 hours, but I feel like my morning pains have reduced dramatically. Can't recommend these highly enough who suffers from heel-pain. Will definitely order more for all my shoes.

Good piece of kit
Good product that fixed the issue of my shoes rubbing against the back of my foot. It provides a bit of elevation, which is enough to protect your feet. The only downside is that you can feel the gel at times—it would’ve been better if it were just a little firmer.

Not a riser but a comfortable insert
Soft and comfortable however doesn't add much height. I required something to raise my heels as a wedge as I find this more comfortable for walking in flat shoes. The gel instert is comfortable but they become flat very quickly.

Working well!
Recommended by a physio as struggling with foot pain in one foot (leg slightly shorter than the other). Seems to have eased the pain, comfy to walk on.

Help my achilles tendonopathy when playing tennis
Wore for first time this morning for a tennis match. I have an ongoing achilles heel issue (tendonopathy) and my physio suggested heel inserts for my tennis shoes. Seemed to work very well. I put them under the existing insole and they stayed in place, avoiding the full stretch on my tendon each time I "bounce". No discomfort and my achilles does feel less stressed. Have immediately ordered another pair for my trainers, will probably buy more!

Inadequate
I tried 5 heel inserts for 1 day of work (I work on my feet) I didn't use their adhesives to secure them in (so that I could return the ones I did not like) so my experience may have been worse than normal but I didn't feel them slip around very much at all (in fact the one that slipped the most was my favourite). I was looking for (and have found) relief from knee pain so simply wanted a little bit more padding, if you are not looking for this then this review may be less helpful. I won't mention other products on this review directly or in depth but I'll copy this at the start of each one for context. I tried: -An all-gel pad (which felt like walking on high gelatine jelly) -A mostly foam with a bit of gel pad (which felt like walking on normal jelly) -A mostly (allegedly specialised) gel pad with a thin layer of foam (the sensation of which changed with time) (and yes I know that should all by hyphenated but that looks ugly) -Approximately 50/50 mix of gel and foam (which felt like walking on felt or basically nothing) -An all-foam pad (felt soft for about 10 minutes and then nothing) Overall I can't say I was particularly impressed with any of them since they all lost their cushioning sensation within a short timespan. Nonetheless it has to be said that my knee pain was reduced (but not removed) over the course of the week so they all (probably) did something(?). Particular review: This was the mostly (allegedly specialised) gel pad with a thin layer of foam (the sensation of which changed with time) They felt like walking on a rubber band ball, then jelly then putty. Felt thin and un-cushioning overall. I suppose fairly impressive cushioning action given how thin it is but hard to say. It made a farting sound very occasionally as I walked but this may have been because I didn't adhere it in (though this didn't happen with any other insert none of which were adhered in either). Needless to say, I returned it.
