The texture is not super creamy, it's more like a serum that absorbs very quickly. So you have to be quick about applying it, or it will dry down before you have covered the entire surface. But after the first week of using this every night, I can honestly say I noticed a difference. After the fist day my skin looked brighter. After a week my skin seems to have more bounce and my skin definitely feels smoother. I tend to get a disrupted skin barrier from other prescription skincare and this is helping to improve my skin barrier! Despite the odd scent and texture, I am definitely enjoying my results. I like to put a light moisturizer on top of this at night, but that is just a personal preference.

I should have known that the Instagram media blitz for OneSkin makes it seem too good to be true… because it is! Be forewarned!!! This seemingly benign moisturizer can wreak havoc on sensitive skin! This product and its companion product, OneSkin’s PREP facial cleanser, were the only two new products I added to my routine and OMG the reaction was swift and painful! The first day I felt some tingling with the moisturizer. By the second or third day my skin was ON FIRE! And then it started peeling and causing acne breakouts, when I haven’t had a pimple in years! I stopped using both OneSkin products a few days and my skin STILL hurts when I wash it with the ridiculously gentle Clinique Take The Day Off balm.

Didn’t really work. I really wanted this to work but haven’t seen any changes after using for last 2 months. Makes my skin soft but no other benefits
